Story
Meet Sophie, a sweet and lovable 6 year old boxer mix who has come a long way from her rough start on the streets of South Texas. Abandoned at a gas station, emaciated and struggling to survive, Sophie was given a second chance at life when she was rescued and transported to DFW. After spending almost 2 years in foster care, Sophie has blossomed into a healthy and happy dog. She's a bit of a couch potato, spending most of her day lounging in her bed, but she loves to spring into action when it's time to eat! Sophie gets the zoomies once or twice a day and enjoys running around in the yard. She's a bit of a homebody and prefers to be indoors, doing her business and then heading back to the door. Sophie is looking for a forever home where she can be the only pet. She's not a fan of other dogs or cats, but she loves people and adores attention. She does well with older children 13+. She's potty trained, house trained, and knows how to sit on command. Sophie does well on a leash. Sophie is spayed, fully vaccinated and current on prevention. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Sophie might be the perfect fit for you. We're hoping to find a family who will keep in touch and send updates on this sweet girl's new life. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.

Story
Howdy, folks! Step right up and prepare to have your hearts stolen by none other than Radar, the wondrous male wonder dog! This fella is a real catch and is sure to win you over with his charm and good looks. Radar is what you might call a "ladies' man," preferring the company of female dogs to that of his male counterparts. But don't let that fool you, he's a friendly and social butterfly who gets along just fine with other pups. He's a real people-pleaser, always eager to show off his good manners and obedience skills. And when it comes to entertainment, Radar is a pro! He'll happily join you for a walk, a car ride, or even a good old-fashioned sunbathing session. That's right, this dog catches rays as well as he catches hearts. But don't worry, he's also crate and house-trained, so no need to worry about any surprises there. With his good looks, charming personality, and impressive set of skills, Radar is the whole package. He's an adult dog with plenty of love and fun to give, and he's just waiting for that special someone to take him home. So, if you're looking for a loyal companion to join you on all your adventures, Radar's your guy! Come on down and meet him today!

But once he feels safe, Bluey blossoms into the most loving and playful companion. He’s already shown us just how special he is—building sweet bonds with people he trusts and delighting us every day with his love for other dogs. His gentle heart and playful spirit are just waiting for the right family to help him continue to grow in confidence. Bluey isn’t looking for perfection—just a patient, kind family who will give him the love and encouragement he needs to thrive. With that support, he’ll reward you with loyalty, joy, and endless love.Could Bluey be the missing piece of your family?Bluey was born September 2022Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. Story
Parker is all puppy and oh-so-cute, full of enthusiasm and ready to take on the world. He displays very typical puppy behaviors—some jumping up, grabbing at loose clothing, and occasionally trying to snatch treats—but none of it is aggressive, just youthful excitement and curiosity. He does know the command sit, though you may need to ask a few times, especially when he’s distracted. While he mostly takes treats gently, he can get a little snatchy when excited. At the start of our walk there was quite a bit of jumping, but with clear expectations and consistency, the behavior improved significantly. Parker is a smart, eager young dog who is ready for a committed home willing to guide him as he grows into the very best version of himself.
