Story
Castiel is a 2-year-old neutered Boxer/Hound mix with a handsome brindle coat, soulful eyes, and a heart that`s just as beautiful as his looks. This sweet boy is the perfect blend of calm companion and playful best friend, making him an easy dog to fall in love with. One of Castiel`s favorite things in the world is spending time with his people. He`s a huge cuddle bug who loves affection and is happiest when he`s by your side. Whether you`re relaxing on the couch after a long day or heading out for a stroll around the neighborhood, Castiel is ready to be your loyal companion. He enjoys going for walks and has excellent leash manners, making outings together enjoyable and stress-free. Bring a few treats along, and you`ll have his full attention—this handsome guy is definitely food motivated and always excited for a tasty reward!Castiel can be selective about his canine friends, so a meet-and-greet is required if there are other dogs in the home. He seems to prefer smaller dogs, and with the right match, he could make a wonderful companion. He`s also done well with children, making him a great addition to many families.Because he enjoys stretching his legs, playing, and lounging in the sunshine, Castiel would do best in a home with a securely fenced backyard where he can safely explore and relax.Castiel is currently heartworm positive, but don`t let that discourage you! The Colony Animal Services will cover the cost of his heartworm treatment in full, so you can focus on giving him the loving home he deserves while he completes his road to recovery. If you`re searching for a loyal, affectionate dog with a gentle heart, playful spirit, and plenty of cuddles to give, Castiel may just be the perfect match for your family.

Story
Roxie was a rescue dog who had been with me for about 6 years. When it was just the two of us she was great, no problems, but since moving in to a full household with 2 young children and another dog, she has become very anxious and insecure. I am working 2 jobs now and don't have the time to spend with her. She was abused before I got her and still is very skittish. She gets along with females better than males as far as people. She's nipped at some men but had never bitten anyone. She leaves the babies alone. She really needs a calm, caring small home where she can have the attention that I can't give to her anymore. She is constantly hiding in the bathtub or under the bed or anywhere she can fit. She is afraid of everything. She loves to run and will bark at other dogs, but she isn't sure how to play with them. She's a sweet girl who needs a lot of attention and patience.

Meet Murphy! A charming six-and-a-half-year-old Boxer/American Pitbull Terrier mix currently in Austin, TX, whose essence is a lively blend of curiosity and affection wrapped in a handsome tan coat with bright white accents. He is a 65-pound bundle of energy who greets each day with enthusiasm, especially if it includes long walks, open space to run, and the irresistible promise of cheese treats! Story
Batty is an adorable Boxer mix puppy who is already stealing hearts everywhere he goes. He’s expected to grow into a medium-sized companion of around 40 pounds, but right now he’s all puppy charm, wiggly excitement, and endless curiosity. and he is about 5 months old This happy boy absolutely loves his people and thinks kids are pretty wonderful too. Batty gets along beautifully with other dogs and even cats. He often looks to his furry friends for confidence and guidance, making him a great fit for a home with other pets. He’s currently working hard on potty training and is proving to be a very smart little guy. His foster mom says he’s making great progress every day. One of Batty’s most impressive qualities is how well he does in his crate. He settles in quietly and doesn’t make a peep, which is pretty remarkable for such a young pup. Whether he’s playing with friends, snuggling up for cuddles, or following his favorite humans from room to room, Batty is happiest when he’s part of the action. He’s a loving, loyal puppy looking for a family to grow up with and love forever. If you’re searching for a sweet, social, and snuggly best friend, Batty is your guy. Applications are at codys_adoption_application. Cody's adopts dogs in the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area, and does not adopt puppies under the age of six months into apartment homes. ##2741488##

Story
Spot back is 3.5 yrs old. A sweetheart. Very playful and full of energy. I hate to give him away, but I have to move by 7/31/26 and my new Lanlord will not let him be on the lease , due to his breed. I had him on the list for rehousing with the colony animal shelter for over six months and no luck. Looking for a good home for him. He loves to jump on you and give kisses.
