He ignores cats  in his home but chases feral cats outside. Buddy is a silly and fun pup. He thinks he is a lap dog and loves to be cuddled. He loves to play tug of rope and will chase the ball but doesn't want to give it back. I think he just wants you to chase him haha. Buddy is a loyal companion and loving pup.
