Tillie is a 1-year-old mixed breed (mostly Collie, Australian Shepherd, and Beagle). She weighs about 35lbs. Tillie loves everyone she meets. She especially loves kids. Tillie is good with dogs that are not aggressive or overly friendly (she’s a bit timid at first). She also does well with dog-savvy cats. She would be fine as the only animal in the home. Tillie’s ideal home will be active and willing to put in a bit of time upfront to work on basic obedience and manners. She is extremely smart and a total people pleaser, so any training efforts will pay off quickly. Tillie already knows basic commands like sit, and she is fully housebroken. A fenced in yard or a plan for daily exercise is a must. Tillie is good on a leash but not great. She just needs a bit of practice. She is working on crate training. She goes in without any trouble and is quiet after a short period of crying. She will need some support to continue getting comfortable. Tillie is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.
