This happy, energetic boy is always ready to make you smile, especially if you’ve got treats in hand 🍖😄! He also has a few favorite toys he absolutely loves and enjoys playtime just as much as snack time 🎾🦴. Sarge is looking for a home that understands his needs. He is not a good fit for homes with cats 🚫🐱 and has shown dog reactivity, though he does get along with the dog he came in with, Ginger 🐕🤝. Any introductions to other dogs should be slow and thoughtful. Because of his size and active nature, Sarge may do best in a home with older, respectful children 👧👦 who can enjoy his playful energy while giving him appropriate space and structure. Sarge came in as a stray with Ginger on 03/04/26 🏡➡️🐾, and he’s ready to start his next chapter with a loving family. Beretta is 4 and half years old. She is very smart and easily trainable. She is potty trained. Shes been around dogs and kids but prefers to be independent. I don't have cats so I'm not sure how she would do around cats. I would recommend older kids who understand a dogs space and someone who is looking for a sole companion with no cats or other dogs.

Bane is a lovely dog. So happy and gentle. We took him on when his previous owner had to move and couldn’t take him. I would love to keep him but we already have two small dogs and two toddlers and don’t have the space for him to truly get the most out of life.

She was being taken to shelter/pound by owner and we took her in. Owner said she was a Shepard (we've raised German shepherd, ours passed away in 2021) and was just like a German shepherd. We later learned she is a Belgium shepherd, equally smart and easy to train, but requires more one on one time which is our current struggle. We both work full time, our children are in school and they're on more after school activities qhich kerps us away longer. She is not receiving the attention during the day she needs, requires or deserves which is breaking our hearts. Unlike our German shepherd who liked his own time (patrol, rest, play, track), Canela is happiest when she's with me. She is 11 months old now. She is very high energy and loves to go on runs! She is leash trained and is improving on street safety and awareness. She is potty trained and high maintenance, she will only potty in her yard (never in public). She is nervous around small dogs, love larger dogs. Loves to play fetch!!
