Story
Bandit is a sweet senior who wants nothing more than your love. He is the perfect combination of sweet and shy that makes your heart melt. While his pictures make him look big, he is actually a pocket sized rottweiler mix at about 55 pounds. He loves his trusted humans unconditionally and wants to shadow you whenever he can. Bandit is guaranteed to add lots of love, kisses and cuddles to your life. Where there is warmth you will find Bandit; warmth from the sun, from a heater, from a fur friend or from a human. He sometimes thinks he’s a lap dog and will plop himself on your lap for a nap, taking comfort in being with his human. Check out Bandit's video playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVb0fq1O6CwlJxEafkJcZ23qSb8i_8EPM He loves to play with his foster sister and sometimes looks quite goofy, which just adds to his charming personality. He is crate-trained, fully house-trained and walks well on a leash. He is highly treat motivated and is learning in foster care to do things like sit, lay down, stay, be a gentleman, and wait. Bandit has lived with small dogs, dogs his size, adult men, and adult women and has done well with all. He does take a moment to warm up to new people, sounds, and places. Bandit has a few health issues going on that sometimes impact his behavior. He has hip dysplasia, hyperthyroidism, arthritis, and early stage kidney disease. While 99% of the time Bandit is an absolute sweetheart, if any of his medication is off, if he overdoes his physical exercise, or if he is feeling anxious he may growl or snap. Because of this, Bandit should only be adopted by an experienced dog handler. Bandit is currently on thyro-tabs, joint supplements, and anti-anxiety medication. The cost of all of his medication is less than $100 per month. Bandit deserves his forever family. If that might be you, be sure to fill out an adoption application: https://betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application/ Upon receipt of your application, one of our passionate volunteers will call you within one business day to answer any questions and schedule a meet. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training in order to ensure a successful adoption.

Story
Madison is a sweet and loving dog that enjoys belly rubs and a good play session. She is timid and shy at first and takes about 5 minutes to warm up to new people due to prior neglect, but once she is comfortable she is your new best friend. Madison is still a puppy and has a lot of energy to expel. She loves going to the park and seeing playmates and almost any type of physical activity she is down to do. Madison is highly treat motivated and will sit, lay down, stay, and shake for a treat. She is a curious pup and the world is her oyster. Madison has not met any cats but is suspected to do fine and she has not been around children but with proper introductions she is also suspected to do fine. Madison hasn't met any dogs off leash but does fine with dogs being around her on and off leash. Madison is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and chipped. All Better World Rescue dogs come with complimentary group or private training to ensure a successful adoption. Story
Indie is a very spunky, sweet, energetic little girl. She loves to play with her doggy friends and be outside , including going on walks and absolutely loves to be around people. She seems to love the big dogs maybe even more than dogs her own size or smaller . She can be a little shy at times but warms up pretty quickly to people and her surroundings. She is curious and always wants to know what you’re up to so she will love to follow you around all day if she could. Indie also loves to give you kisses as much as possible. Indie has been around cats and is very curious and always wants to play with them. She gets along with other dogs as well and is a good play buddy. She has not been around children but we suspect she would do fine. Indie is very food motivated and knows how to sit and lay down but could use training because she likes sneaking out the door. She does very well in her crate where she is comfortable sleeping in at night. Indie is current on all her vaccines, microchipped, and spayed. All Better World Rescue Dogs come with complimentary group or private training to ensure a successful adoption.
