Story
Blizzard was put on the euth list as his 90 days came to an end. He was brought into the shelter as a stray, and the people fell in love with him, and begged us to adopt him when we were really there for another dog that we also saved. We found a home for the other dog, but we have no place to put Blizzard as we have our own pets and landlords etc. He is dominant around other dogs but does like them. He would do well in a family with no dogs as well and he likes walking on his leash, exercising and playing at the beach. He would probably love the snow as well. He’s very trainable and he loves snuggling. We don’t have any place to put him as the shelters are full. The fosters are full in California and we can’t bring him back to his old shelter because he will be euthanized within 72 hours if he is returned please help if you can. He’s probably not a dog park kind of dog, but he would make a fantastic pet for someone who wants to be with him a lot. He loves the car too.

Story
Meet Polo! This handsome pup is a 2 year old lab mix who was rescued after getting badly sunburnt from being abandoned out in the summer heat at the beach. Despite his rough start, Polo's heart is as big as his playful spirit. He effortlessly bonds with dogs of all sizes, from tiny pups to larger adults, exhibiting a gentle and submissive demeanor during playtime. When he's not romping around, Polo relishes the comfort of a cozy bed for his well-deserved naps. Not just a friend to dogs, Polo extends his warmth to cats as well, earning him the honorary title of the "nanny dog" at our shelter, where he looks after all creatures great and small. While Polo's food allergies require special attention, his affection and loyalty make him an irresistible companion. If you're ready to welcome Polo into your home and heart, inquire about adoption today at wetnosesrescue.org!
