Story
“Sadie” was found by me running through traffic on a busy highway on 6/16 and has been with me since. She’s very young, approximately 1 year, she lives currently with my 3 cattle dogs, but needs fencing that we don’t have. She would thrive with an active family, a fenced yard, lots of training & love. No one has claimed her, I’ve posted her on Pawboost, Nextdoor, with AC in the county she was found, put up flyers and checked for chip.

Story
Hi, my name is Buddy, I am a Border Collie. Looking of a new home because I live with a six pound Chihuahua, she is 11 years old and very very very cranky. She picks fights with me, and one of these days, I am going to loss it, and it will not be pretty. I am a handsome two year old neutered male, shots up to date, house trained. I like to sleep on my owners bed at night or I can sleep in my own doggy bed at night. Very smart. Know sit, down, stay and come when called. Energetic and affectionate. To keep me happy I need to have a job to perform, like agility, or herding, or obedience is key to Border happiness. WILL MY JOB IS -- and I just love it, is to play ball and to go on walks with my owner. I get along with other dogs and cats. Friendly with people I know. Slow to be friendly with people I do not know. But when I get to know you, we can become best friends.

Story
Pretty little Bridget is a 12 week old ½ Dalmatian / Pointer ? mix; maybe some Labrador, she weighs about 25 lbs and could get up to over 60 pounds. Bridget was born two weeks after her mother Boni (she is full Dalmatian) turned up out in the country at a ranch. Britni has the cutest smile, she loves people and enjoys playing with toys. Bridget and Brindley are so precious and sweet, loving and social. They would all do great with a canine companion. We have started vaccinations, de-wormed them, micro-chipped and front-lined. Bridget and Brindley along with Boni are currently living at the Sanctuary. They all love playing with the teenagers that spend time volunteering at the sanctuary. When she can be she will be spayed and micro-chipped. Bridget will be a wonderful loving, family companion. Story
Hello, my name is Bree Anna. But my foster mom calls me “Breezy” I’m 10 weeks old weighing 13 lbs. I’m a Siberian Husky mix, though we think I may be a purebred? I have the most beautiful blue eyes that will win anyone's heart. My family prior didn't realize how much it takes to raise a baby, so they surrendered me to AFC. I am in foster care learning and loving life. I am already fully potty-trained to a doggie door. I will need someone willing to be patient with me and continue my training when I go to my forever home. I love to play with other dogs, so a dog friend would be needed. I am small now but will probably weigh between 35-55 lbs, so a bigger dog would be better, I am considered a medium size dog when grown. I know how to sit and stay. I also retrieve the ball then bring it back. I love all people and kids and am leash trained now. I am up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped and will be spayed when I am old enough. The home I will need is a work from home person, and an active household that will include me in most or all activities. My breed does not like to be left alone. I use a crate at night time for sleeping in my foster moms bedroom. If the door is left open during the day and I get tired I will go in and take a nap. I am a sweet, playful and loving girl and will be a wonderful companion. Story
Handsome Buster is needing a loving forever home. He is a 1.5 year old, 70 pound, golden coated, labradoodle. This perfect boy needs a home with a spacious yard and active lifestyle, he is still a PUPPY and has puppy energy. Buster was rescued at 3 months old, dumped out in the country with his entire litter. He's been well loved and cared for but now needs to find a bigger home than the apartment he's in. Buster is so sweet and loving. He gets along great with kids of all ages. He loves other dogs of all sizes. Unknown with cats. Buster is well trained on leash and potty trained. He is neutered and currently vaccinated. Buster had two seizures a few months back but hasn't had any since being on his seizure medication. Buster has a lot of energy and is the cuddliest dog! He's got a bit anxiety being left alone but does great in his crate while his people are out of the house. He will need a work from home family. He can't wait to meet his forever family! Buster will also need regular professional grooming.
