Story
Annabelle is a 6- year old St. Bernard-Poodle mix adopted as a puppy from a breeder. She has lived with our family her entire life and has been raised around cats, other dogs, and children. She is a mix of high energy and lazy bones. She loves walks and sleeping (snoring) on the couch as she believes she is a lap dog. She has been through obedience training, but requires a firm hand as her high energy sometimes leads her into trouble. As a big girl she can escape regular crates and chain link fences, so she would require either a large country lot or 6’ fenced yard.we are rehoming her due to issues with her size and our youngest who has cerebral palsy and autism. She is much loved and we are looking for a family who can spoil her rotten while also keeping her out of any real mischief!

Story
Marley is a very loving and affectionate dog. He loves to play catch. He has no bad chewing habits. He gets along with other dogs, animals, and cats. His best friend is a cat. He loves children. He is 5 years old and well out of his puppy stage. He doesn't jump on anyone. Hardly barks except when someone comes to the door. When he has to use the restroom, he goes to the door or comes and gets you. I have never once seen him aggressive towards anyone or anything. He is a big cuddler. He is a good boy. Very sweet.

Meet Fife! Old man Fife is a 8 year old dachshund/JRT mix. This sweet little guy has a lot of love to share❤️🐾. Fife might be a little frosty faced but he still has a lot of energy left! He loves to play with his young foster siblings and occasionally gets the zoomies, enticing his siblings to play. When he gets tired from playtime, Fife loves attention from his people and loves to snuggle. He will slowly crawl over to you asking for pets and belly rubs. Fife does have Addison’s disease that’s managed by daily prednisone and a monthly zycortal injection. Fife is crate trained and potty trained. He gets along well with other dogs. He has not been cats or kid tested at this time. Fife does great on a leash and loves going on walks!Fife is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heart-worm negative, and on regular heartworm prevention. If you’re interested in adopting our sweet old man, head on over to our website at www.pawsofadamscounty.com and submit an adoption application. Story
🍭CANDY PUPPIES🍭Gummy Bear, Lollipop, Jelly Bean, Taffy and Licorice are sweet 9 week old puppies that found themselves in a kill shelter with their mom 7 weeks ago. We broke them free and now they are ready to find their foster to adopt homes! Momma Candy is a 40 pound Whippet/Terrier mix. We do not know the breed(s) of dad. 🍬Gummy Bear is the biggest and only male of the group. He is quite adventurous and playful and is the first to catch on to new things.🍬Lollipop is not far behind Gummy Bear in weight or smarts. She is a vocal girl when she plays.🍬Jelly Bean is a talker! She lets you know how she feels about everything. 🍬Taffy is a good mix of rowdy and cuddly. She tries very hard to keep up with her larger siblings. 🍬Licorice is the runt of the litter at just over 8 pounds and is most content when being held. The puppies have been microchipped and had three rounds of dewormer. They have also received their first puppy vaccine and first dose of heartworm prevention. The candy puppies are available for foster to adopt until all vetting is completed at the appropriate ages. We do not spay/neuter before 6 months of age. If you are interested in fostering to adopt one of the Candy puppies please visit our website at www.pawsofadamscounty.com and submit an adoption application.
