Meet Almond 🥜🤎The most vocal brother of the Nut Clan — and he has lots to say about it! This handsome 8 month old boy loves to “talk” and will happily tell you all about his day, when he wants attention, or why he deserves an extra treat (he makes a very convincing argument).Almond is full of personality and charm. Beneath all the chatter is a sweet, loving pup who’s learning what it means to be safe, cared for, and spoiled like every puppy should be. After being abandoned and left starving with his siblings, Almond is more than ready for a forever family who will adore his goofy little conversations and big heart. ❤️If you’re looking for a best friend who will always keep things entertaining and never let the house feel too quiet, Almond might just be your perfect match. 🐾#AdoptDontShop #RescueDog #AdoptableDog #ShelterDog #ForeverHomeWanted #DogRescue #PuppyLove #RescuePup #SecondChance #DogsofInstagram #TalkativeDog #NutClan #AdoptAlmond #RescueIsMyFavoriteBreed

Story
Scooby was adopted by us at8 weeks old. He’s a dog that doesn’t know his size. He trips over himself all the time. He does great with children, but when is comes to the babies, he knocks them over. He doesn’t mean to, he’s just big. He’s not a picky eater, loved the dog park, loves to go on walks. He does well off leash with a training collar as well. I believe he would do well in a home with a lot of attention. If there’s other dogs in the home, he would probably do best being introduced slowly. He’s a goofy dog who quite literally Scooby doo runs if he gets scared.

Story
Meet Dixie.......... Dixie came in to rescue from the shelter. We saw their post about her on the shelter site and new we had to help her. When we arrived to pull her from the shelter she was in her kennel curled up in a ball on the concrete floor and was absolutely BROKEN. I was in tears when I saw the condition she was in. She had open sores all over her, her body was covered in mange, she had a skin infection, her feet were so swollen it looked like she didnt have pads on her feet. Poor baby was a mess and she didnt feel good. The shelter was considering putting her down because of her condition. We just couldn't let that happen. We loaded her in our transport van and headed back to our adoption center to get her settled in. After weeks of medicated bath (every 3 days) immune boosting treats, oral meds, extra yummy nutritional meals, Dixie has become a healthy/happy girl. She runs and plays with other dogs very well. Dixie uses her doggy door faithfully out the adoption center. She doesn't chew up her bed, blankets or rugs in her living space. She has turned into a very loyal and loving girl. She is quite bonded to her foster mom who has been the one caring for her, but this of course will transfer to her new person once they show her love, care and patience. Dixie does ok on a leash, but does need a bit of work still. She likes to walk her humans instead of them walking her lol. Dixie will be fully vetted prior to adoption. We were letting her heal and recover before putting her under to be spayed. Please know Dixie is a velcro dog to her foster mom so she will need a home that can give her the love and attention she has already been given. She just needs her own family and home where she can blossom. Dixie will need a fenced yard at her forever home. She loves to run and play freely in the yard. She loves to play chase with her toys. Meaning.....she has the toy and I (foster mom) chase her around the yard lol. When I stop she comes up and teases with the toy to chase her some more. Its a good thing we have a mini doodle and a mini pit to play chase with her. If you have any questions about Dixie or are interested in adopting her please text or email us to request an application. Please be sure to check your spam box for our reply. We can text videos and pictures of her a well. Thank you for reading her story.
