Details
Not good with kids, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Pookie is an extremely high energy dog with so much potential. She loves being outside but gets anxious when she can't see you. Pookie is an incredibly sweet dog and loves to give tons of kisses and be right on your lap when she is relaxed. She loves car rides and loves to bask in the sun. She is a super chewer and can tear up nearly any toy within minutes. Pookie really needs someone with an active lifestyle. A new owner would need patience to train her due to her energy level and excitement. She is okay with other dogs but would do best in a single dog home with no small children, at least until you feel that she has been trained and mindful. As much as we love this sweet girl we feel that she would do best with someone who has more time to dedicate to her without small children.

Story
Kaiser is 9 years old but a big baby! He is the sweetest boy and loves attention. He is very well trained and is great with kids of all ages. He has been around newborns all the way up. He loves to play and is very affectionate. Looking to re-home Kaiser because my landlord would rather me not have him because of his size. He would make a great pet for anyone that is able to keep him active and show him some love!

We know this guy as Arvin. He was all skin & bones when we first met. You could see every bone down his spine. Ugh, it was heartbreaking. Now he is in a foster & thriving. He loves humans & snuggling. He loves blankets & being tucked into bed. He also does well with calmer dogs. He will be your forever best friend. We think he will prefer respectful older kiddos. He is potty trained & HATES being cold outside. ?? Please apply to meet this sweet boy today! We will contact his foster & schedule your appointment. Lavender has spent a lot of time in & out of the shelter due to no fault of her own. We are hoping to finally find her the bestest forever home with a comfy bed, a solid routine, lots of love, & many great toys. Lavender loves to zoom around & eat good treats. She also loves to roll in the grass. She pulls on a leash but we think she will do much better with a routine outside of the shelter. Come meet her today! -Weighs about 55-60lbs.-Would potentially do well with a calmer male dog with a Meet & Greet-Good with respectful kids 8+-Potty Trained-Apply at kokomohumane.orgID# 52593697If you have any questions or are interested in fostering please email animalbehavior@kokomohumane.org.
