Story
🙈Hi… I’m Beaux. I’m a very timid boy, and the world feels big and overwhelming to me—especially here in the shelter. There’s so much noise, so many new faces, and it’s hard for me to feel safe. I get really stressed, and lately it’s even caused me to lose some weight. But… I’m trying. ⛅️Every day, I’m working so hard to be brave. I’m starting to recognize the people I see often, and little by little, I’m learning that they might be kind. My progress may be small—just a tiny step forward at a time—but to me, those steps are everything. ⏳I won’t be the dog who runs up to greet you right away. I may hang back, watch quietly, and need space at first. But if you’re patient with me, if you give me time and understanding, I truly believe I can keep growing into the dog I’m meant to be.🕊️🩵 ☮️What I need most is a calm, loving home—somewhere I can finally breathe, feel safe, and continue this journey at my own pace. The shelter is a hard place for a dog like me, but I haven’t given up. 🙏I’m trying so hard. I just need someone to believe in me. 🏡 http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-548

Story
⚡️Meet Zulu — professional zoomie technician, part-time splash enthusiast, and full-time good boy.🏅 🏎️Built like a low rider but powered like a race car, Zulu comes standard with four-wheel zoom and zero chill when it’s playtime. He’s never met a stranger—only best friends he hasn’t tackled with love yet. ❤️His confidence is growing daily, which means his goofy personality is really starting to shine (and possibly knock into things at high speed).✨ Zulu’s hobbies include: 🏁Turning any yard into a racetrack 💦Treating water like it personally invited him🤿 💎Collecting pets from every human within reach🫲 🤡Being the happiest little chaos machine you’ve ever met 🏃Ideal home: someone who is active, 🌊appreciates a splash zone, and is ready to be loved enthusiastically! Adopt Zulu — because your life could use more speed, more smiles, and definitely more wet paw prints.🐾 🏡 http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-553

Story
🐇🔋Scarlet is basically the energizer bunny in a stunning red-and-white coat. At just 1 year old and around 40 pounds, this German Shorthair Pointer mix is always ready to go, go, go—whether that means sprinting through the yard, chasing toys like it’s her full-time job, or heading out on her next big adventure. 🏎️(Spoiler: she would LOVE an actual job.)✔️ 🎓This girl is incredibly intelligent—the kind of smart that watches, learns, and figures things out faster than you expect. 🧩🎾She thrives on both physical exercise and mental stimulation, so think long walks, training sessions, puzzle toys, and anything that keeps her busy and engaged. A bored Scarlet? Not her vibe.🚫 💕But it’s not all zoomies and brainpower—Scarlet is also a total lovebug. She adores her people and wants to be right by your side as your loyal shadow, biggest fan, and enthusiastic sidekick. Expect bright eyes, constant tail wags, and lots of affection coming your way. Scarlet’s dream home: ⚡️An active human (or family) who can keep up with her energy 👨‍🏫Someone experienced or committed to working with smart, driven dogs 🦴 A home ready to provide structure, training, and plenty of enrichment 🌸With the right outlet for her energy and mind, Scarlet is going to blossom into an incredible, loyal, and fun-loving companion. If you’re looking for a dog who will keep you moving, thinking, and smiling every single day—Scarlet is ready to run straight into your life (and your heart). 👟💖 🏡http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-560

Story
Meet Saint 🤍 ⛅️Saint is a gentle soul who’s just beginning to discover how good life can be. Thanks to the bond he shares with his sister, he’s gaining confidence every day and learning to trust the people around him. Recently, he’s started seeking out affection from those he knows—soft pets and chin scratches are quickly becoming his favorite things. 🥰 🎾Saint also has a playful side that’s starting to shine! Watching him enjoy the simple things, like time outside with his sister, is truly special.✨ 🏥Saint does have an old leg injury that healed improperly before coming into our care. Because of this, he’ll need lifelong joint support and a low-activity, “couch potato” kind of lifestyle to keep him comfortable. 🛋️🥔 The good news? He can still live a happy, normal life with the right home.💊🩼 ☮️He’s looking for a calm, patient adopter who understands that he’s still learning to feel safe and confident. A quiet home with a secure fence is a must, and having his sister by his side would make his world complete. 💕 ❤️‍🩹Saint has likely never known what it truly means to be loved—but he’s ready to learn. And with the right person, he’s going to be something really special. 🤍 🏡 http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-555

Story
💗Don’t let her tiny 7-pound frame fool you—this little lady has a big heart just waiting to bloom. Tiger Lily may start off shy and a bit unsure, but give her a little time (and patience), and you’ll discover her true personality… a full-on, certified stage 5 clinger.🧲 Once she trusts you, she wants to be with you—whether that’s snuggled in your arms, tucked into a cozy bag, or following you around on her tiny adventures. In fact, we’re pretty sure she’d make the perfect purse pup! 👜She’s curious too, enjoying little sniff-and-explore missions when she feels safe. ☀️If you’re ready for a gentle shadow with a whole lot of love to give, Tiger Lily is your girl. 🌸 🏡 http://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-586
