Story

Meet Mr.Eli! He’s a young boy at heart, and 6 years old. He loves the outdoors and relaxing on a comfortable bed! He’s been in our family since he was 6 months old! He is naturally anxious of new people. He likes a low energy lifestyle and doesn’t do well with high energy people and does well, on his own terms, with other dogs. We have two others, and he tends to play when he wants or stays away. We recently had a daughter, and as she has become more mobile she is fast and loud and that he does not like. He started with growling, and that told us he is not happy, and then he did end up biting her. When that happened our other dog went to protect her. We need a new place for him, as it’s not the best environment here anymore. He has been through board and train, he uses an e-collar. Good on and off leash, create trained if needed and fully house broken.

Story

Luna is an absolute sweetheart that deserves a chance in an environment where she is the center of attention. She’s a big oaf - she loves baking in the sun and snuggling under a blanket. She’s leash trained, crate trained, and very food motivated. She has lots of love in her heart. Luna was found on the side of the road a few years ago while very pregnant. She gave birth to twelve puppies, lost a few, and then made her way to us through a rescue. She has a motherly instinct that is apparent when she is with her toys (all named Squabble). She is wonderful with humans but should not be around other animals due to multiple incidents. While she has been good with kids thus far, we do not recommend a home with children. We love Luna so much. Rehoming her absolutely breaks our hearts, but the alternatives are out of the question. We pray that there is someone out there who can give her the life and the love that she deserves.

Sophie needs an energetic owner. She has been a great pet for our home. My kids adore her, but I am unable to afford to keep her and struggle to care for her on my own. She could use some training around food and cannot be off leash outdoors (she runs and is an escape artist of sorts. Has gotten out of our fenced in yard multiple times.)

Walter can be anxious in new situations and has a bit of a cantankerous side, so he does best with patient owners who understand his boundaries and can provide consistency and reassurance. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet, goofy, and devoted personality shines through. Walter is overall a wonderful dog with so much love to give. We’re looking for a home that will appreciate his unique personality and give him the time, patience, and affection he deserves. Bunnie has mid level energy and is around 40 pounds. We just don't know why she has been overlooked for so long!
