Bruce

Size

Details
Good with kids, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Bruce, a Staffordshire Terrier/Pitbull mix, was brought into us when he was found roaming around Tilton. He's approximately 2 years old, extremely smart, he knows many commands & tricks. He can even open and close containers, and he is very active. Bruce is a VERY strong boy, weighing in at 60 pounds. (most of which is muscle!). Bruce does not like cats & he is picky about his dog friends. He will need a highly active owner who also knows his breed well. This pup will need "leash reactivity" training and someone who can dedicate time working with him on this. Because of his strength, it is important that this guy learns social manners to maintain a healthy relationship with his owners and everyone he may meet. Bruce is neutered and up-to-date on all of his vaccinations.

Meet Calvin, an truly lovely 6-year-old mix with an insatiable passion being a couch potato and your BFF. Calvin was left outside of a West Virginia shelter on Christmas Eve of 2022. He joined us in NH in August of 2023. We cannot really understand why this mild manned boy is still with us. He has been in foster for several months and makes a wonderful companion following you from room to room at times just to be in your proximity. He enjoys a couple of walks a day but is never going to challenge you to run a marathon. He loves to go for car rides and sits quietly in the backseat looking forward to the trip. He would thrive in an low key home that just wants a loving companion. Interested in adding one our Darbster Dogs to your family?
