Story
I adopted Beaux from The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society when he was about 6 months old. He’s now 8 months old and a fun, loving, goofy companion. He’s loves long walks where he can sniff a lot and loves to run around in the backyard. Beaux would thrive with someone who can give him a lot of attention, time, preferably has a big fenced in yard where he can get his energy out. An experienced adopter would be best as he still has a lot to learn. He’s a cuddle bug when he’s tired with a personality as big as his paws! He would do best with a high energy person as he is very high energy.

🚨 URGENT: Loving Senior American Bully Needs Placement ASAP (Troy, NY) 🚨 Please read & share. I am desperately trying to find a safe placement for my dog before Wednesday due to a housing crisis. This is one of the hardest decisions our family has had to make. 🐶 9-Year-Old American Bully 🎨 Tri-color ⚖️ Approx. 100 lbs 📍 Troy, NY He is a BIG baby at heart. He absolutely loves cuddles, attention, laying in the sun, car rides, and being close to his people. He is house-trained and has lived in a home environment his whole life. ✅ Good with kids ✅ Loyal & affectionate ✅ Has lived with other dogs before with proper introductions ⚠️ Best with someone experienced with large bully breeds due to his size/strength ⚠️ Protective and will bark at strangers initially He is NOT aggressive or a bad dog. He simply needs a stable home with someone who understands big dogs and can give him the love and structure he deserves.

Story
Jackie is a 4-year-old Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He is full of energy and loves to play. Jackie doesn’t always realize just how big he is, and he often thinks he’s a lap dog despite his size. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who loves to be close to his people, Jackie is your guy. Jackie is a huge lover and thrives on affection, attention, and being part of the family. He has no history of aggression and has never bitten anyone. Like many dogs, Jackie does experience some anxiety, particularly when taken out of a house setting. He does best in a home where he can spend plenty of time with his family and be included in daily activities. When he’s with his people, he is happiest, most relaxed, and truly shines. Jackie would do best in a home with a yard or space where he can run, play, and burn off energy.

Story
4 year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix, Jackie. This is not an easy decision, but with our current schedule, we know he deserves more time, space, and attention.Jackie is a healthy 110-pound boy with a huge heart. He’s house trained, very affectionate, loyal, and loves sleeping with his people—he truly thinks he’s a lap dog.He would do best in a home with a large fenced yard or property where he can run and play. He loves being outside.A few things to know: no bite history, good with kids but unaware of his size, okay with other pets but may do best as the only one, protective and barks, gets very excited around people, and needs an experienced handler as he is strong and not great on walks. We’re looking for an experienced home that can give him structure and love. Serious inquiries only.

Story
Ruff, my name is Finnegan and I am a sweet, cuddly gentleman who loves to snuggle. My favorite activities are napping and running outside in the yard. I enjoy taking walks on a hiking trail and in a park, but can sometimes get a little spooked by other dogs so I must be leashed. I love to play outside and in the lake. Mom tells me I tend to get anxious when I feel threatened, but overall I’m pretty chill dude. I have an 8yo human brother who is my best buddy. I love to snuggle and lick his face. But, sometimes he has friends over which can make me nervous so I tend to hang in a quieter room while guests are over. Because of my slightly nervous nature, mom thinks I would thrive in a home without small children and no other dogs.
