Story
We initially fostered Sierra from the Animal Shelter. She had heartworm and the animal shelter treated it. Sierra is approximately 3 years old. Once she completed her treatment, we adopted her. She is now heartworm free. She was fantastic with our dog, and they got along great. As time has passed Sierra became aggressive towards our smaller dog. Sierra needs to be in a home where there are no other dogs. She is loving, walks great on a leash and if she gets out stays close to the house. Sierra is full of energy and needs to be with someone who can take the time to play with her. Sierra is spayed and microchipped.

Story
Pepper is an 8-month-old black lab mix-we had her DNA tested and to be exact she is 50% lab, 25% German Shepherd, and 25% Hound. She has had professional training. She knows all basic commands (sit, place, stay, come, wait). She's crate trained and is a great dog. She's great with cats too. Pepper would do well with another dog in the house. Pepper does not know personal space and will snuggle with you all day long. She would make a great agility dog with practice. She is eager to please and easy to train new tricks.

Story
Hi! My name is Chad - my foster parents call me Chadwick. I am a happy 6 month old 30 lb. lab mix and boy do I love life. People tell me I am a pretty handsome young man with my light brown eyes and whiskers on my chin. I've also been told I'm a super smart boy because I learned how to go potty outside in no time! I learned that when I have to go all I have to do is sit by the door and someone will let me out. When I'm outside I like to see how fast I can run and will race myself, if you're not first you're last. I see myself as a natural athlete that LOVES to run in the backyard and play and would love to be a part of a family that loves playtime too. Sometimes I'll even play fetch and I'm pretty good at bringing the ball back as long as there's nothing distracting me like noises or another dog. Toys are probably one of my favorite things besides playing with humans and other dogs. I've never met kids or cats though. My favorite toys are the rubbery ones because I guess I'm teething and need something to chew on that feels good on my gums. I am up to date on my vaccines and was recently neutered. When it's time for bed I sleep in my crate and do the best job sleeping through the night without any accidents. Sometimes I get sleepy during the day and like to take cuddly naps. I really just love to be loved. I can't wait to meet you!

Story
My name is Crash and I'm ready to crash into your heart! Get it? I am about a year old jumble of black Labby-mix goodness. I'm loving, sweet, potty trained and ready to meet my future life partner. I like cats a lot, but I seem to make them nervous with my intensity. I have two older foster dog sisters and I like to show them who's boss. They deal with it ok, but I'm learning to be respectful. Being a one year old dog is kinda like being a teenager. So I'm still figuring out where I fit in this world. I haven't been around kids yet and my enthusiasm would likely be too much for little ones. I don't remember a lot about my prior life but I do not like the crate. My foster mom is trying to show me it is a safe place. I do love having my own bed or blanket and will happily stay there with a toy or bone. The BEST thing about me is I'm loving and eager to please. I'm looking for a family who will train me up and show me how to be the best boy. I do great with a consistent routine and rules that show me how to succeed. Oh, and lots of walks and throw toys for me to chase would be my best day ever. If you're the active type who needs a friendly wingman, I'm the one! Let's do this thing!

Story
Hey there, I'm Duke! I'm the fun-loving, tail-wagging, kind of guy you've been looking for. I'm a big sweet, strong boy with long legs so I'm looking for a great friend to help me polish up my leash walking skills. I've got the whole potty outside thing down and I sit rather handsomely if I say so myself. Food is a big motivation and that will help make training me easier. My foster mom says I sleep well in the crate at night. While the crate is not my preferred place beside you, I go in quickly with a treat and settle down nicely after a few minutes. I don't always understand how big I am so older kids would probably be the best match for me. I do love to wrestle and snuggle with my 11-year-old foster sisters! My fur foster sister is a tiny thing beside me but I'm a patient boy and like to give her space when she is a little grumpy. I have not met any cats but my playfulness may be a little much for them. I'd love a furry friend to play with, but I'd probably be just fine being your best buddy. Pick me and I promise endless couch cuddles, loyalty that's second to none, and a lifetime of smiles. Other bonuses are I'm heart worm negative, neutered, and up to date on all my vaccines!
