Story
Truffle (Tuff) a fun, sweet, and loyal dog who absolutely adores her people. Tuff is smart, affectionate, and loves being part of whatever is going on. She enjoys attention, is eager to engage with her family, and brings a lot of personality and joy to everyday life. She does great with kids and other animals. When she gets excited, she can be a little barky and jumpy, but she settles down once she has a chance to calm herself. We’re rehoming Tuff because, despite her many wonderful qualities, she is not safe living with our other dog, Arlo. She has gone after him multiple times and has injured him, so for everyone’s safety, she must be placed in a home without other dogs. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but we love Tuff and want to find the right environment where she can be successful, happy, and safe. We’re hopeful there is a home out there that will appreciate what a special dog she is and give her the chance to shine.

Story
Meet Zeus! Zeus is a healthy Husky/German Shepherd mix born in June 2018. We rescued him at just 5 weeks old, and he has been a loved member of our family ever since.Zeus has a thick Husky coat, lots of energy, and loves to run, explore, and go on walks. He is strong and tends to pull, so the proper collar or harness is important. He also loves to cuddle and get attention but is perfectly content relaxing on his bed.Zeus does well with other dogs but is not a good fit for a home with cats. He has been around children his whole life, though he appreciates having his boundaries respected. He also prefers not to share his food bowl with other animals. This decision is no fault of Zeus. Our schedules no longer allow us to give him the time, exercise, and attention he needs to thrive. We are looking for an active, loving home that can give him the life he deserves.

Story
If happiness had four paws and a wagging tail, it would probably look a lot like Freddie. This handsome Heeler/Plott Hound mix (best guess!) has an easygoing personality that's just as sweet as his adorable face. Freddie is the kind of puppy who's simply thrilled to see you. Whether it's time to play, explore the backyard, or just hang out together, he's all smiles and a constantly wagging tail. When playtime rolls around, Freddie is always ready for action. Crinkly toys, squeaky toys, sturdy chew sticks that look like little branches, and snuffle mats are some of his absolute favorites. He loves romping around with his siblings and would happily spend the day turning every toy into the best game ever. After he's burned off some puppy energy, Freddie has a softer side that will melt your heart. One of his favorite things is snuggling close, gently tucking his little muzzle into your neck while soaking up all the love and attention you'll give him. Freddie absolutely adores other dogs and has never met a person he didn't want to be friends with. He's also being introduced to cats from a respectful distance and is learning that not every furry creature wants to join the puppy party. If you're looking for a happy, affectionate companion who's just as excited for adventures as he is for cuddle time, Freddie is ready to become your new best friend. Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)
