Story
Princess is a beautiful, fun-loving, two-year-old pittie mix. Through no fault of her own, she was abandoned by her previous guardians and needs a new forever home. Princess LOVES other dogs, but she's big and plays hard, so she'd do best with a male dog of similar size/energy, or as an only pet. She has lived with cats and learned to respect their space, but any potential cat roommates should be dog-savvy. Princess would love to live with a family who will take her for walks, play with her, and shower her with affection! She is house trained, crated trained, and knows basic commands. She has lived with small children in the past. We will conduct in-person introductions/interviews to make sure it's a good fit. Adoption fee will be donated to a local pet rescue. Please reach out to learn more about this special girl!

Story
Zeus we rescued at 5 weeks old. He is half husky and half GSD. His coat is thick like a husky. He has a lot of husky energy and love to run. He was born in June of 2018. He is good with dogs but does not do well with cats. He has been around children his whole life but when he doesn't like something, he will let them know. He does not like sharing his food bowl with other animals. He loves to snuggle and get loves but is also okay lounging and relaxing by himself on his bed. He loves walks but the right collar is necessary as he likes to pull. He is an adventurous dog and we are looking for the right fit for him.

Story
Hilda is kind of a formal name for such a big goofy girl like me! I am not sure who gave me the name, but they must be old and a little 'stuffy'... So I came from the high kill pound, scared and a little overwhelmed last spring. They basically have to kill almost all the dogs and pups that enter there....except there some very very lucky dogs and pups who get OUT of there- because of rescues! And they picked MEEEEEEEE!!! So I am here growing and playing and eating and running and LIVING! I am ready for the furever family who will love me! I am an ACTIVE girl, good with other male dogs. I am really best as an only dog in a home or with a male buddy who is medium energy. My family needs to be strong doggy leaders so I don't take over the "helm" in my home. So now you know about me, I want to know all about you too! So fill out the application and we can learn more about each other! ADOPT, DON'T SHOP!!!! MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Monty is a great name for a great dog like me ;) I have the Monty Python kind of humor... goofy and sweet! But, don't mess with my crate! That really is my only "pet: peeve!! I was found on the streets 2 years ago and was adopted as a pup... however, I became the boss in the house and didn't like anyone entering the house that I didn't know :( SO..... Back to the rescue, because they won't give up on me!! So here I am and I have really adjusted to the environment and new people meeting me and treats and lots of love. AND the crew here basically has determined that I need a family/adopters that will be in charge of the house. Someone I can trust to protect me so I don't have to!! I am vocal in my crate, so my crate needs to be away from the common areas so I can relax and not meet everyone that stops by. Once I settle into my new home I will follow your lead! I am a gorgeous boy, with caramel and milk chocolate highlights in my soft fur. I want to please my family and go on all kinds of adventures! I am awesome out and about, meeting new people and new friends :D I hope you will look into my eyes, the windows to my soul, and see the HOPE I have to find my own home again! The rescue is great because I got a second chance, but I REALLY want a home!! Local adoption only $200 (in TX)
