With time, care, and lots of love, she’s made an incredible recovery and now she’s ready for her next chapter. She can be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she is the sweetest girl. When you`re in with Duchess, you`re in for life. She adores her people and has a soft spot for tennis balls - they’re her absolute favorite!Duchess is looking for a calm, low-traffic home where she can be the only pet. She’s open to meeting dog-savvy teens.If you`re interested in meeting Duchess, she is located at the Pennsylvania SPCA Danville Center on Bloom Rd. Max is use to getting he special treats bryers vanilla ice cream and 2 percent milk I have him on blue buffalo dry food He also looks forward to his snacks in between.For adoption Max must have a place to run freely. These type of dogs are very high energy and must have exercise .As long as he has a safe place to run and play he's happy. Loves his daily walks. An adult or a child can reach down and take his toy or food. I taught him that since a puppy. The only thing he does not tolerate is another dog eating his food. He will warn them. Generally max is a love bug. I was never afraid to take him out at night by myself. He protects his master at all times. Never ever had an accident in the house. He sits shakes comes when called but is stubborn when he wants to stay outside. I never would give him up but I now am in congestive heart failure I'm not able to walk or play with him. Being in apartment now is also hardAll I ask is that you love and treat him with respect. Thank you

Meet Grundy! He is a 5 year old plott hound. Grundy is special needs, he is blind, but does find his way around really well once he’s familiar with his space, and he has seizures. He is on medication for the seizures, and has done really well on them, however this is something he’ll need for the rest of his life. He’s a very sweet, snuggly boy, he’s also very goofy and energetic. He is crate trained and house trained. Due to his size and him not being able to see, our other dogs and cats do not get along with him. This isn’t fair to them or him, as he’s kept separate in the home from us and them. He is good with older kids who understand dogs(10+ years old). We’d love to find him a perfect fit. He would do best in a home where he has another dog who is tolerant and okay with being bumped into similar in size(60lbs).
