9/1/26: 🎓 Off to School!
Hi there! I'm headed to Char-Wills' prison training program for the month, where I'll be working on basic obedience, socialization, and learning how to be the best companion I can be. Because I'll be away at school, I won't be available for adoption until I return on 9/29/26.
If you'd like to meet me, the first available appointment day will be Wednesday, September 30th. Check back when I return to see all the new things I've learned—I can't wait to show off my skills!

Barkley is a handsome, playful boy who was found as a stray in New Jersey and is ready to leave his stray days behind and find a family of his own!
This guy loves to have fun, especially when water is involved! He enjoys chasing the hose, splashing through puddles, and playing ball. After playtime, Barkley is happy to settle down and show off his sweet side with plenty of kisses and affection. ❤️
Barkley is easy to walk on a leash, knows “sit,” and enjoys spending time with people he trusts. He may potentially do well with the right female dog, but for now, we're recommending that Barkley be the king of the castle so he can soak up all the love and attention.

This handsome boy was originally found as a stray in New Jersey, so we don't know much about his past. What we do know is that he's ready to leave his stray days behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family of his own.
Barkley is always up for an adventure, especially when water is involved! Chasing the hose, splashing through puddles, and playing in the water are some of his favorite activities. He's also a big fan of playing ball and never turns down a good game of fetch in the exercise yards.
