2/2/26: So long, rescue family! It's the rescue's monthly Prison Program swap today, so I will be gone for 4 weeks. I will be unavailable for adoption until: March 3rd, 2026. The first available day to schedule an appointment to see me would be Wednesday the 4th. I'll see ya later! --- 1/27/26: Meet Panera 🐾 Panera is a beautiful sable-colored girl who came to us after being picked up as a stray in Ohio. Now safe and cared for, this sweet pup—roughly 2 years old—is ready to find a home where she can truly thrive. Panera is full of energy and absolutely loves her toys. Playtime is her favorite, and she brings enthusiasm and joy wherever she goes. She’s a fun, lively girl who will do best in a home that can keep up with her energy and give her plenty of exercise, enrichment, and love. With the right outlet for her playful spirit, Panera will make a wonderful companion. She’s ready to leave her stray days behind and start a bright new chapter with a family of her own. 💛🐶

The first available day to schedule an appointment to see me would be Wednesday the 4th. I'll see ya later! --- 1/31/26: Meet Ringo 🐾 Ringo is a large, handsome guy weighing around 90 pounds and estimated to be about 4 years old. He came to the rescue through no fault of his own and is now looking for a new place to call home. Ringo is already showing himself to be a truly nice dog. Despite all the recent changes in his life, he’s handling things with a gentle, easygoing demeanor and is slowly settling into the shelter environment. He has lived in a home before and did well with both small dogs and cats, which speaks to his ability to coexist peacefully with other animals. Big in size but kind at heart, Ringo would love a patient home that will give him the time and stability he needs to fully decompress. With consistency, love, and a comfy spot to land, this sweet boy’s personality is sure to continue shining through. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a calm presence and a lot of love to give, Ringo may be the perfect match.

Story
Meet Chase Chase is a handsome 2-year-old shepherd with beautiful sable fur, weighing around 70 pounds. He’s a sweet, gentle guy who has just joined us and is settling into his new routine. Chase has a condition called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI), which means he will need to be on a life-long enzyme powder to help him digest his food properly. He is still a bit skinny for his size, as he just started treatment, but we are working on helping him gain weight and build strength. Despite his health needs, Chase has shown himself to be a really nice dog. He enjoys outdoor time, where he goes to potty and play with a female dog, and seems to do well with female companions. He would benefit from training and daily exercise to help him gain confidence, build good habits, and stay active and healthy. Chase is looking for a family who can provide consistent care, daily enrichment, and the love he deserves — including the commitment to his enzyme therapy. With the right guidance and support, this sweet boy has the potential to thrive and become a loyal, joyful companion.
