Story
Meet Tevya very shy and timid at first but then look out for the cuddles, he is neutered and up to date on the vaccines available for adoption only for approved homes This baby was taken in by a concerned person because he was wandering a neighborhood for a couple of weeks. Instead of turning him in to animal control, they did the responsible thing and had Tevya vetted while holding him until a rescue could take him in. He is a swell guy, happy go lucky and loves everyone. Not that large, just kinda chunky...

Story
Rocky has been a long stay in boarding while we got this little chowder head to focus. Apparently his live had started with best guess, young boys, because his exuberance was over the top. We have finally gotten him under control. Other dogs still correct him at times because he just can't get that meet & greet scenario down pat, again exuberance. He is a very loving dog and would love the opportunity to live with someone who loves the outdoors and hiking. Sorry no apartments for this boy.

Story
Extremely Sweet and Loving, BUT Special Needs, this boy has been maltreated. Ah...Titan! He was picked up by animal control on Frye St, and apparently the owners didn't think enough of him to go get him. On euthanize date he was pulled into rescue. Mr. Titan was eventually sent up north for rehoming. After being adopted out twice, he was returned to Tennessee. The problem? Titan loves adult people, but Titan doesn't like to be told what to do. If you send him to his crate, he will growl and carry on all the way to his place. You have to understand the "Pocket Wolf"...they are so very small, that they usually display attitude. This does not mean anything really, but some people are intimidated by it. So! Unless you really understand and have past experience with this breed, please scroll on by. Titan needs a forever home, not another bounce back. Contact us and we will put you in contact with is foster to answer any questions.

Story
Hi, everypawdy! My name is Grace. I'm a beautiful, loving soul who is looking for a family to call my own. I spent the majority of my early life in an animal testing laboratory-- did you know that dogs and cats are used for animal testing, too? Despite everything that I've been through, I'm a sweet and happy girl now that Beagle Freedom Project has rescued me. Walks, runs, and hikes are a few of my favorite hobbies. Attention and being pet are necessities as well, of course! A good cuddle at the end of a long day will fill me with joy. My foster family says I'm smart as a whip...I already know how to sit, heel, halt, and more! A good treat and some cuddles are enough to motivate to learn like a pro. I love being near my favorite humans, and playing with my favorite toys. If you want a reason to smile every single day, then I am the pup for your family. I prefer a home that has: a fenced yard, no other animals, adults-only, lots of love! My location: NOWATA, OK *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. My correct and current location is the one listed directly above!* If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/ Please email the Beagle Freedom Project Team with questions at: adopt@bfp.org. ABOUT BEAGLE FREEDOM PROJECT: Beagle Freedom Project is the world's leading organization for rescuing and rehoming animals used in experimental research.
