Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Burnt Cabins, PA Luna is a 8 month old Australian Shepherd and weighs 28 lbs. She is up to date on shots but isn’t spayed or on heartworm prevention. Luna is good with kids, cats and dogs. She is fearful of strangers but warms up after a while. She is crate trained but isn’t housebroken. The owner is surrendering her because she doesn’t have enough yard for the dog to run. If you think you can provide a great home for Luna, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Luna. Hi there, my name is Pearl!I spent a long time as a stray dog until a nice family captured me! That time on the loose has left me a somewhat reserved and uncertain girl so I take a little bit of time to warm up to new people. I walk well on a leash (unless I see other puppers around! then I get a little excited). I am housebroken and my manners are so good, I can be left alone in the house! Once I settle in, I love snuggling with my person and lounging on the couch. I just need a loving and patient home. I would prefer a quiet home with children 15 and older, as well as no other animals. If you would like to give me a chance, then let's give it a whirl! ---Our facility is open daily from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM for meet and greet appointments, which are highly recommended. Hi, I'm Richard! I am a sweet and handsome pup looking for my furever home. I can be a little timid when meeting new people but I warm up quickly once I get to know them. I am well-mannered and enjoy companionship from humans. Cats and dogs are an absolute no-no for me because I have a high prey drive. I would also prefer any children be 13 and older since I can be rather rambunctious and weary of strangers. I am very protective of my home and need an experienced person to show me that new people are ok. I'm pretty good with doing my business outside, and enjoy long walks and playing in the yard with my ball. I have displayed some over-arousal behaviors which would warrant some training in my future. I am very charismatic and sweet with people, don't get me wrong.
