Story

I adopted Brooks when he was an older puppy from the local SPCA. He had been found on the side of the road, with broken bones and fleas. He was the perfect addition to our household and was immediate best friends with my other dog. He is currently 6 years old, turning 7 on October 11th. Brooks is the most loving, sweet, and snuggly dog. He loves walks, cuddles with his people, and gnawing on a bone. I'm looking for someone to love him unconditionally, the way we do. He has partial blindness due to cataracts. The vet has run tests and advised that the cataracts are not due to diabetes or cancer. The partial blindness causes him anxiety, which we treat with medication, causes him to have a difficult time with little animals. He gets very uncomfortable when he cannot follow the movements and has before picked up and held a small dog in his mouth, in total confusion. This is our only reason for us to look for a new home for him because we are expecting a child.

💗 Loving Senior Dog Looking for a Peaceful Forever Home 💗While I was out looking at homes with a realtor, I came across a dog who had clearly been abandoned by her owners. She was alone on the street, with no one there to care for her. She was healthy at the time and desperately needed someone to give her a safe place to go.I couldn’t just leave her there, so I took her in and gave her the love and care she deserved.She is now an older girl and, although she has been diagnosed with breast cancer, she is still in good spirits and has so much love to give. She is enjoying her days and deserves to spend her remaining years somewhere safe, peaceful, and full of love.I’m hoping to find a special person or family who will open their heart and give this sweet girl the loving home she deserves for the time she has left.

Bobby was saved from going to the pound by my wife. He is very well behaved with the exception that he was never socialized with other dogs. Our current male that lives in our house does not get along with Bobby. That is why we are trying to rehome him. He does get super nervous but if you give him a little time and work slowly with him he is a great dog to own.

🐾 Looking for a loving home for Malu 🐾 This is our sweet girl, Malu. She is a 5-year-old pitty mix, approximately 70 lbs, and her birthday is October 25, 2020. We are looking for a safe, loving and permanent home for her. ❤️ We were originally asked to temporarily home Malu, but over time that became a permanent situation. Unfortunately, we have another dog, and despite trying to make it work, the relationship between the two of them just isn’t working. Neither dog do well with other dogs, and we feel Malu deserves a home where she can be comfortable and happy without that stress. A little about Malu: 🐾 Spayed 🐾 Potty trained 🐾 Crate trained 🐾 No destructive behaviors 🐾 Does well when left home alone — she has been alone for up to 10 hours, although we try not to exceed 8 🐾 Knows basic commands 🐾 Always happy to hop in the car for a ride 🐾 Enjoys going for walks 🐾 Bones and treats are definitely the way to her heart 🐾 A total cuddle bug
