Xena is a wonderful, gentle dog with a sweet and loving personality. She is amazing with children and enjoys being around people. At 4 years old, she has a calm nature, she likes short walks and is perfectly happy spending most of her day relaxing and napping. Xena loves attention, especially being pet, and is a big fan of snuggling up with her humans. She would make a loyal and affectionate companion in a loving home.

Story
This adorable, spunky, silly girl is heartbroken because she has absolutely zero interest from anyone wanting to adopt her. She has now set the record for the longest dog in our foster program. Pachi has been with us for a year and a half and prior to our rescue she had been in a shelter for several months. Pachi is the cutest little dog with the coolest ears. She is much smaller than she appears in her photos. (Under 30lbs). Pachi is a true gem, and we can't explain how lucky her person will be once they find each other. She's shown incredible growth but needs a home with structure and routine to continue to grow. Pachi finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, like chasing a toy or curling up on the couch and loves to share blueberries and bananas for breakfast with her foster mom. Pachi is most comfortable with women but is open to anyone with a soft side. She would do best with an adult-only home, or with older children. Pachi likes to be the center of attention, so no other pets. She is not a fan of felines. Pachi prefers a home with a fenced in yard to run around in. We know that her person/people are out there, but we need your help to find this deserving girl her much deserved forever home. Please share. We would like Pachi to stay within Central PA or if the perfect home is found we would consider someone further away. “Dogs have a way of finding the people who need them and filling the emptiness we didn’t ever know we had.” - Thom Jones

Story
Meet Zeke! He is a 5-year-old, 13lbs Yorkie Bichon mix. Zeke is the happiest little guy, wanting nothing more than attention, a soft bed and his ball. When he wants you to throw his ball, he will bring it up to you, drop it at your feet, and nudge it towards you with his nose. Zeke is a sweetheart. Home visit and adoption donation required. Zeke has a moderate to high energy level, so he will need exercise and enrichment every day, multiple times a day. He would do great as an only pup, or with another small friendly dog. He has the body structure of a Bichon with a Yorkie coat, so he will require lifelong grooming. Zeke would be happiest being allowed on furniture. He loves to watch out the window from the back of the couch or chair. Zeke is potty trained and working on basic obedience, but he is already a very good boy. Continued training and bolstering his confidence would be best. If you are able to meet Zeke’s needs, this adorable lovebug is for you!"

Bear is a large goofy exuberant puppy who requires lots of exercise and patience. He clearly is a stunning dog and therefore everyone wants to take him home. He will require a dog savvy person or someone committed to following through with training and providing lots of exercise. Bear is looking for a home with a fenced in yard not an underground fence but a physical one. Bear can be protective of his toys and food, but only with other dogs. Bear is not a “dog park”dog. Please message us for more details home visit and adoption donation required
