Story
Giz belonged to my ex. When we broke up, he never came back for the dog. I love Giz, and have tried to accommodate him the best that I can, but I simply cannot give him what he needs. I now live in a 1 bedroom apartment and work a lot of 12 hour shifts. I need to find him a home that fits his needs better. Giz is 6 years old, but he's still a baby. He just wants to play and cuddle. He's very curious and wants to be in everything you're doing. And I just want to make this note, because I don't want to deceive anyone, Giz has had very little interaction with other dogs and is VERY reactive when he encounters them. He's only ever been friendly with my old neighbor's dog. He had a female, that was the same size as Giz and had the same energy. They both would play rough but, when they got tired, they'd lay with each other and even share a water bowl. He hasn't interacted with another dog since, and that was 3 years ago.

Story
Atlas is a big fluffy sweet guy. He thrives off of lots of love and attention! He came to us after someone abandoned him during Covid. I wish I did not have to do this to him again - I know he deserves more. However we are in an abusive situation and it would be best for his peace to not be drug along as we find peace as well. He just needs love. He is such a good boy. He loves carrots and bully sticks. He enjoys going on easy level hikes and splashing in rivers during during summer and LOVES the snow in the winter. He does have a limp. It is unknown what actually happened to his back leg - we were never told the full background of his limp. But he seems to adjust fine. He also loves car rides! Sticking his head out of the window. He seems just fine around children he is just huge and forgets his size. He does still jump - with love. His size can make it a little bit rude at times. He is a little scared with other dogs

Story
Ollie is a lazy, snuggly boy. He spends most of his day in his special spot on the couch. He enjoys going on walks when it is warm outside and being able to run free without a leash. Ollie would love his own backyard. He loves to roll and slide in the grass during the summer, especially in the shade. He likes to ride in the car with the window down. He is sometimes anxious on a longer car ride and can get carsick. Ollie loves going to the groomer for his haircuts and being brushed. He is crate trained and it is a safe place for him. He is very food motivated. He can sit, stand, and lay down on command. Ollie is a very well behaved dog and loves people. If you adopt Ollie, we will provide his crate. He does not do well with other dogs, but with slow introduction methods he will tolerate it. He reluctantly has a dog brother now and they coexist. He would prefer to be the only pet and get lots of attention and cuddles. When on walks, he does not do well seeing other dogs.

Story
Snoopy is a goofy, energetic, and loving dog. He is full of personality and loves to play, run, and snuggle. He loves dogs, cats, chickens, kids, and people very much. Snoopy would be the perfect family dog, he is great with children. He loves car rides with the window down. Snoopy is a big chewer, so tough toys or bones work best for him. He loves to fetch. He knows how to sit and go down on command. Snoopy had abdominal surgery when he was 6 months old and has since had some issues with potty training. He is trained, but he needs additional attention and lots of walks/outdoor time. Snoopy is crate trained and it is a safe place for him. He has a chew-proof bed that he loves. He will not potty in his crate. If you adopt Snoopy, we will provide his crate and bed, current food, and favorite toys. Snoopy’s dog brother is a more aggressive dog, and he would prefer a home with kind pets that are gentle and playful.

Story
I'm giving away my dog because I'm moving to a smaller apartment and I can't keep him because he needs a lot of space. I also want you to know that he bit one of my children, but my children are already 18 years old, and I want you to know that it was just playing. It breaks my heart to give away my dog because I really don't

Story
Hi there, I`m Nolan! I`m a fun-loving pup on the hunt for my forever home. I`ve been living in foster care for AGGGEEES and while I love my foster humans - I would love a furever family of my own. I`m eager to explore the world around me, play, and learn how to be a well-behaved canine citizen. I have lots (and I mean LOTS) of energy, and I`m still working on my training and can get a bit over-excited at times - that`s why I`m looking for a family who is dedicated to helping me become the best version of myself. My foster mom says that I walk well on a leash and I love to learn so a good student is what I am!Ideally, I`d love to find a home with someone who has experience with dogs and where any children are 13 years or older. I`m also looking for a home where I can be the only pet (no dogs or cats). I can be reactive when I see other dogs as they make me super nervous, I promise I`m a sweet pup who just needs a little direction and patience to continue on my road to gentleman behavior. I am housebroken and crate trained. I even know how to go in my crate, lounge and sleep. Once I`ve had my exercise for the day, I`m also an amazing cuddler and enjoy laying on the couch. If you`re looking for a loyal and loving companion, I could be the perfect match for you. So why not give me a chance and let`s see if we can become the best of friends!---This dog is available BY APPOINTMENT only as he is living in foster care. ---The Pennsylvania SPCA - Lancaster Center848 S.
