Story
Sweet, energetic, Jupiter is ready for adoption. She is a special needs girl who will need continued medical care. When she came to the rescue she had virtually no hair due to Demodex Mange, Heart worm positive, and a severe eye infection caused by Entropion (which is when the eyelids roll inward and the eye lashes are constantly rubbing the eye). She has been treated for mange, been spayed, and has had multiple surgeries to fix her eyes. We do not know if her hair will ever fully come back. She is receiving treatment for heart worms. She will need to continued treatment with eye medication due to now having dry eye. We have also discovered that she suffers from allergies. This will require continued allergy injections, RX food, and regular vet visits for skin issues. We know its a lot, but we simply can't give up on her. She does well with some dogs,, but would love to be spoiled and live her life as an only pet. She does great with the 3yr old in her foster home.

Story
Lily was adopted from the shelter 2 years ago. She was abused and starved. Today she thrives health wise and has a healthy love of running and playing. However, she hasn’t gotten over her anxiety around people and changes. Lily faces all her fears easily when she is around other dogs. She is looking for a home with a least one young dog to play with. She does best with a routine schedule. She will chase cats. Lily loves cuddling, running, squeaky toys, and bones. She also has her own wardrobe.

Story
This is Winter. We saved her from the pound as a puppy 5 years ago. At the time of adoption she had issues with her vision. We believe she is completely blind at this point which we believe is what causes most of the issues. She gets along with some dogs but we had another dog and they were together for two years then one day they got into a fight and they were no longer able to be around each other. We were able to keep them separated and all was calm. We now have two kids and one is mobile. Winter has gotten use to him at this point but she still shows signs that she could snap during some interaction's. We just don’t want to leave it up for chance because she is such a loving dog to my spouse and I and we want her to be able to live without all the stressors. We are looking for a home with no kids or other dogs so that she can be the main focus and get all the love that she deserves.

Story
Cash is an almost two year old American bulldog. Birthday is March 1st. He is crate trained, potty trained and has basic obedience. Went through board and train with Jacks Legacy but will need a refresher and someone who can constantly work with him. He needs to be introduced slowly to other dogs and has never been around a cat besides the strays that come to my backyard. Never attacked any human or any animal. He is HIGH energy dog that needs to be walked and exercised. I am rehoming him due to no fault of his own just personal reasons.

Story
Cocoa is a sweet, gentle, and submissive 1-year-old pit bull terrier with the biggest heart. She absolutely adores children, respects boundaries beautifully, and is happiest when she’s curled up beside you soaking in cuddles and affection. She’s calm in nature, eager to please, and truly just wants to love and be loved. Cocoa has become a cherished part of our family, which makes this decision incredibly painful. We recently discovered that our son is extremely allergic to dogs. While we always knew about his cat allergy, we had no idea his reaction to dogs would be this severe. After much thought and heartbreak, we know the most loving choice is to find Cocoa a home where she can thrive without compromising our son’s health. We love her deeply and are committed to finding her a safe, stable home filled with affection and care. She deserves a family who will treasure her as much as we do. If you believe you can give Cocoa the loving forever home she deserves, please reach out.

(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less

Story
Wrigley is 11 years old & he has some issues. His hearing is not as sharp as it once was, he will potty in the house on occasion & he likes to nap.. He is somewhat active &I would suggest a home with small children may not be a good fit for him. He drinks a lot of water so he wants to go out often. He sleeps in his kennel & is comfortable there for several hours. He does display signs of anxiety on long trips (100+ miles) in the car. I am 80 yr old & I travel to see family & friends. Because of his anxiety when traveling, I have to board him. That gets very expensive & has become a problem. He is a house dog, but also enjoys time outdoors if people are also outside with him.
