Story

Hey y'all my name is Copernicus. I'm one fluffy senior boy probably mixed with border collie down the line somewhere. I unfortunately lost my home when my owner passed away unexpectedly. It took me a while to decompress but I'm ready to find my home to retire on a comfy couch. I am around 10 years old and up to date on my shots. I'm house and crate trained. The best home for me would probably involve a pretty quite environment. I don't do well with alot of chaos so no small children please. I do get along with some dogs but a meeting would be required. I've been around cats as well and they don't seem to bother me too much if they are comfortable around dogs. I know how to sit, lay down, kennel, and do well with my recall once I know you. I'm super smart and would love to have a belly rub at least twice a day. If you're interested please reach out to set up a meeting.

Story

Sweet, energetic, Jupiter is ready for adoption. She is a special needs girl who will need continued medical care. When she came to the rescue she had virtually no hair due to Demodex Mange, Heart worm positive, and a severe eye infection caused by Entropion (which is when the eyelids roll inward and the eye lashes are constantly rubbing the eye). She has been treated for mange, been spayed, and has had multiple surgeries to fix her eyes. We do not know if her hair will ever fully come back. She is receiving treatment for heart worms. She will need to continued treatment with eye medication due to now having dry eye. We have also discovered that she suffers from allergies. This will require continued allergy injections, RX food, and regular vet visits for skin issues. We know its a lot, but we simply can't give up on her. She does well with some dogs,, but would love to be spoiled and live her life as an only pet. She does great with the 3yr old in her foster home.

Hi. I’m Philly ❤️ Let’s talk about me, because obviously I’m the most important part of this story 💁‍♀️ I’m approximately 4 years old, which means I’m basically a mature adult… but emotionally? I’m still a tiny puppy who requires constant cuddles and attention. Thank you for understanding. I’m a rescue, and I’ve learned a few things about myself along the way. One of those things is that I do not believe in sharing my personal space with other dogs. Nope. I’m not jealous. I just have excellent taste and prefer to be the only four-legged queen in the castle👑 Also, despite all available evidence, I am convinced that I am approximately the size of a Chihuahua. Therefore, I fully expect to fit in your lap, preferably for several hours at a time. If you disagree, I will simply stare at you with my giant puppy-dog eyes until you change your mind. And yes, I’m housebroken AND crate trained. Basically, I’m the whole package 💁‍♀️

LUNA. Lab mix, 6 yrs old. 1/1/2020. Up to date on vaccines, spayed.Grew up with kids and cat, calm temperament. Has had dog play dates with no issues. Comes with her kennel, dog bowls, food storage, leash/harness, toys etc. Crate trained and potty trained. Did suffer Urinary Incontinence after being spayed. Its been a few years so have learned with a limited water, not free access all day, and a routine she can hold it and has zero accidents. Free access and she will need someone who is home majorityof the day for extra potty breaks. Her routine is first thing in the morning, late afternoon after a full work day, sometimes longer from added kid activities, and before bed for potty and she has zero issues with this routine!! We want no issues with a new adjustment so being upfront. She gets anxious with storms & fireworks, her kennel is her safe space! Incredibly smart, knows her yard boundaries quickly, learns routines fast and is so sweet!

Russell is a pure breed red tick hound. He is intelligent and will communicate what he needs if you pay attention. He loves to play and he is learning to get his nails clipped. He knows a couple of tricks he is just stubborn and likes treats. He is 2 yrs old and he loves the car ( he prefers passenger seat) he does have bad separation anxiety and he loves to sleep under the covers. He is extremely durable and loves to eat. He loves other dogs and kids. He also loves people. You can tell him to go say hi and he will go greet people. I need to rehome him due to the fact I no longer have a space he can be free in he is in the kennel alot more than he needs to be. He is my everything but he deserves more. If i could keep him i would but i have truly run out of options that keep him happy. I want him to live a free life like I promised him when I got him.
