Story
Very playful and happy energetic fella! Needs a lot of attention and love. He is a puppy so he has the zoomies frequently and he is nippy out of playfulness not aggressiveness, but he is learning. Nipping can hurt due to tiny teeth, so I would not recommend a family with babies or toddlers. He gets along with other dogs but he’s young and annoys them (lol). He is vocal and likes to bark to get his way. We joke he is sassy. He is QUITE the character and Bostons are known for being energetic but he takes that to a whole new level. He is a lot of fun. Rehoming due to our older rescue being too aggressive with him along with some human health problems making it difficult to keep them separated. He is 90% potty trained and is crate trained for sleeping at night. He will come with his crate. Eats Pedigree puppy food.

Story
Lady is a sweet, loving, gentle soul! She can be a bit timid at first, but wants nothing more than love and affection! She loves pets and gives kisses and will roll over for belly rubs. Since she has been in her foster home, she has learned that she was born to be a couch potato! She was found as a stray with another dog as they wandered onto a kind lady's property looking for shelter. It didn't take long to earn their trust and now both dogs are living in a foster home and learning that having a home inside is the best thing ever!

Shih tzus carry a gene for wire hair. It's recessive and bred out of the breed and its unusual to have a phenotypically wire shih tzu ("Prapso" Shih Tzu, a natural short-haired variant, which is distinct from the standard long-haired coat). Being the smallest of the 4, she loves to observe and watch what her sisters are up to before jumping in. She is cautious at first but loves cuddles more than anything once she gets to know you. ** Our Puppy Adoption Policy & Senior Adopters** We absolutely adopt to seniors and value them deeply in our rescue community. In fact, we encourage adopters age 70 and older to consider adult dogs (5+ years) — they often form the most beautiful, well-matched partnerships and truly thrive together. Why not puppies? Puppies require many years of intensive care, including: Daily training and socializationSignificant physical activityOngoing veterinary careLong-term contingency planning for the next 15+ years Because of these lifetime needs, we place puppies only in homes where long-term stability and planning can be confidently met. For this reason, we do not place puppies with adopters over the age of 70. This policy exists solely to protect the lifelong welfare and stability of the dog — never to diminish the value or capability of senior adopters. Disclaimer:Adoption decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and reflect the rescue’s mission to act in the best interest of each animal. Policies are not intended to be discriminatory and are applied solely to ensure lifelong placement and welfare of the dog.
