Story
Sally is a 5 year old purebred Great Pyrenees in need of new home due to job loss. Sally is loyal, loving and laid back. She is great with cats and lives with another older dog and a 12 year old. She is good with older children and adults but I would not recommend for younger or exuberant children. She is an amazing guard dog, which is characteristic of the breed. She has always lived in a urban environment and enjoys strolls through the neighborhood. She is a beautiful dog and has a goofy big dog personality. For a giant breed, she is exceptionally healthy and athletic. She regularly goes hiking, backpacking and back-county skiing. She is excellent with other dogs on walks but if they enter her home she can be aggressive. She could live with another dog, but it would be a transition and the other dog would need to be non-aggressive and lower energy. The ideal owner would be familiar with the breed. The adoption cost could be a donation to a pet charity.

Story
Meet Miss Jalapeno! This sweet and loving pup is as cuddly as she is playful. She enjoys snuggling, playing with the young child and other dogs in her foster home, and even has a little mischievous side—like swiping stuffed animals from the 5-year-old girl! Though Miss Jalapeno had a rough start and was hit by a car, she’s one of the happiest pups you’ll meet. She sustained injuries to her hind end, but she’s still able to live an active and joyful life. The rescue is waiting for a specialist to review her x-rays, but don’t let that deter you—she’s a resilient little girl. Given that we’re monitoring her injuries, a foster-to-adopt situation would be ideal for Miss Jalapeno. Apply online at (www.lolasrescue.com)! You can email Info@lolasrescue.com anytime with questions pertaining to animals in our care.  **Dogs in a foster home will need to have a preapproved application on file before setting up meet and greets. ** ##1675180##

Story
Meet Luna a loyal and loving 125 pound, 5 year old Great Pyraneese/shepard. this gentle giant is ready to take long naps in the sun in your big backyard and protect and love your home and your humans! Once you earn her trust, she is the most loyal and loving companion. She has had 2 indoor bunny siblings and she is very sweet to them, as well as another small dog. She is very gentle with people once you give her the signal they are okay but is always on alert for other dogs. She plays well with once trust is established. She spends a lot of her time napping as her size requires a lot of energy to move. She hardly ever runs! Just likes to take a little walk here and there and then naps. Minimal effort. She would be amazing somewhere that she could protect her homestead and other animals! She has been spayed, is current on vaccines, and has had preventative gastropexy. 100% house trained!! Not in a hurry to go out in the morning. She sleeps a lot!

Story
Odessa is a sweet and outgoing pup who is looking for her forever home! She loves cuddling, playing with her chew toys, and spending time with her sister Onyx. Odessa is eager to learn and already knows basic commands like "sit" and "stay." She’s doing well with potty training but will benefit from continued guidance to help her become fully potty trained. At night, Odessa is calm and quiet in her crate, making her a great companion for peaceful nights. She’s very curious about cats but, instead of being disruptive, she simply lays down when she sees them, showing her gentle nature. With a high energy level, Odessa will thrive in an active home that can provide her with plenty of playtime and mental stimulation. She gets along well with other dogs and is comfortable around other pets. While her leash skills are still unknown, with some training, she will likely excel. Odessa is a loving, playful puppy who will make a great addition to a family ready to give her the love, training, and attention she needs. If you’re looking for an energetic, affectionate companion, Odessa could be the perfect fit for your home! ##2348483##

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! I AM CAT AND CHICKEN FRIENDLY!!! Hi, my name is Griffin the big white dog. Unlike the other big red dog, I don’t cause any mischief. I’m very laid back, like attention, non destructive, good on walks, and non reactive to other dogs. I am very good with the household senior dog and cat. Although I’m a 4 yr old male Great Pyrenees mix, sitting at about 60 lb’s, I’m not that big of an eater or shedder. I am more of an indoor dog, and I will let you know if I see someone near your house. I am a gentle giant as I never jump and I take treats nicely. I come when I’m called and really just enjoy lounging around without attempting to get on any furniture. I am up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and ready for your application. Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2128000##

Story
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I must leave the country indefinitely and am looking for a loving new home for my sweet boy, Oakley. He is a wonderful 2-year-old Swiss Mountain Dog who is fully crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and knows basic commands. Oakley is completely housebroken and comfortably stays at home alone during the day while I am at work. Although he might experience some separation anxiety during the transition period, he usually adjusts within a few weeks. Oakley is very sociable, having previously lived happily with a small dog, and he thoroughly enjoys off-leash park visits. He absolutely loves belly rubs and chasing laser pointers. Oakley deserves a home full of love, patience, and playful energy. If you are interested, please contact me for more details.
