Story
Spotakus (Spot) for short is a sweet, gentle, and friendly Livestock Gaurdian. He is about 2 years old and has been exposed to livestocksince birth. He's naturally shy with new people but has never shown an ounce of aggression; he's never even growled. He is the most gentle giant. True to his guardian instincts, he keeps predators away and thrives in a working environment with livestock. He has worked with sheep, a small group of cows, goats, and poultry. Spot needs a property where he can do the job he was born for and a person who will give him time, patience, and consistency. His parents are purebred, and he’s healthy, well-mannered with a ton of potential.

Story
Kahlo is a sweet and floppy tricolor puffball with impressive tan eyebrows. He is not a graceful pup. He trips over his own big feet and tumbles when he runs but don't underestimate him. Kahlo watches carefully, learns quickly, and loves to please. He can hesitate in new situations but gets braver every day. This friendly guy loves people and dogs. He also behaved calmly when meeting a cat. Kahlo is doing fantastic with crate training and house training but as a young puppy, he needs someone home a lot to guide his development. Adopters need to be prepared for an adult dog that is BIG and FLUFFY. His father is a Great Pyrenees and his mother is a hound mix who weighs 80 lbs. Fostered in Lyons CO ##2646060##

Story
Meet Hazel ******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you area not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. If someone other than yourself is part of the decision making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Hazel is a spayed, 8 month old female Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix, currently weighing around 60lbs. She is in a foster home in Houston, TX, and can transport out of state once an approved adopter is found. Looking for a goofy, sweet ball of floof? Then Hazel is your girl! This adorable puppy LOVES other dogs, toys and food. She is crate and potty trained and has done well around the older kids she’s met. Because she wants ALL of the toys, older kids may be a better fit in her new home. Hazel would love an active family to help her burn off her puppy energy and to help her with basic manners and training. She’ll entertain you with her antics and house parkour and will make sure dinner is always right on time! Please let us know if Hazel could be your new best friend and adventure buddy! ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** We do not know Hazel’s exact breed but we suspect she will be a large dog once fully grown. Her best fit will be with a family that understands what it means to raise a big, active pup into a well-mannered adult. We’re looking for adopters who will provide her with regular socialization, positive training, and plenty of outlets for exercise, play, and enrichment. For puppies this age, someone needs to be home more than they are away as crating them for long periods of time is not conducive for their developmental needs. If you work outside of the home longer than 4 hours, please explain who will is available to spend time with this puppy while you are away. If that information is not included, we will not consider your application. Interested in applying to adopt her? Fill out an adoption application at the link below! https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DDAR/Dog

Story
Meet Juno!Juno is a total sweetheart who wasted no time warming up to his foster moms. He’s been charming them ever since with his refined puppy manners and surprisingly chill demeanor. This good boy is fully potty trained (not a single accident!) and sleeps soundly through the night. His crate is his safe space, and he’s perfectly comfortable hanging out there during the day — even when his fosters are away. Juno is playful with just the right amount of cheeky, loves being outside, and enjoys exploring the world around him. While leash training is still a work in progress (we’re not quite sold on it yet), he’s curious and thoughtful about new experiences — skeptical, but never nervous or reactive. With those big paws of his, we think he’d thrive in a home with access to outdoor space. He loves being part of a pack and is so ready to meet his people. ##2647790##
