Story
Spotakus (Spot) for short is a sweet, gentle, and friendly Livestock Gaurdian. He is about 2 years old and has been exposed to livestocksince birth. He's naturally shy with new people but has never shown an ounce of aggression; he's never even growled. He is the most gentle giant. True to his guardian instincts, he keeps predators away and thrives in a working environment with livestock. He has worked with sheep, a small group of cows, goats, and poultry. Spot needs a property where he can do the job he was born for and a person who will give him time, patience, and consistency. His parents are purebred, and he’s healthy, well-mannered with a ton of potential.

Story
Junie is a sweet, fully potty trained, and well behaved 3-year old female Colorado Mountain Dog! She loves people, of all ages (especially kids), and other canine playmates. She needs a loving and patient home with a fair amount of land so she can run, and preferably have a job. She loves the ranch life and gets along with others, but I moved from the ranching life. She needs more room than I have and I'd love to see her thrive in a family who can give her what she needs. She is quiet, unless there is something outside at night. She loves toys, bones, treats, and the occasional dropped food scraps. She is very silly and always brings humor to the day! She will only sleep in a dog bed and has done so since she was a puppy. I never knew why; I think the previous owner/breeder taught her this. She needs to run to be the best behaved dog. If she doesn't, she'll have some behavior issues. She knows vocal commands, on-leash and off. Please reach out with questions.

Good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
June is a 2-year-old Great Pyrenees mix who has been a loved part of our family since she was young. She is spayed, microchipped, healthy, and lives as an indoor companion dog; not a working livestock guardian. She is loyal, affectionate, and very people-focused once she’s comfortable. June has lived with cats and dogs, including small dogs, but can be selective with some pets and is somewhat food-protective. She can become overwhelmed by loud or rambunctious children, so she would do best in an experienced, structured home without young kids. She is bonded with her older sister Lilo, and we would love for them to go together if possible, though the right fit matters most. In a patient, dog-savvy home, June is a very loving companion. If both adopted together, would bring down adoption fee.

Story
Lilo is a 5-year-old Great Pyrenees who we believe is purebred. We brought her home as a young dog and she has been a very loved member of our family ever since. She is spayed, microchipped, healthy, and lives as an indoor companion dog, NOT a working livestock guardian. She has a gentle, calm, affectionate personality and is wonderful with people, children, dogs, and cats. Lilo is patient, steady, and loves being near her people. She brings a peaceful, easygoing presence to the home and adapts well to family life. Lilo is closely bonded with her younger sister June (a 2-year-old Pyrenees mix). They are not littermates, but they are very attached, and we would love for them to be adopted together if possible, though our main priority is the best fit for each dog. We’re looking for a loving, stable home with the time and space for a large-breed companion. She’s a truly kind dog who will make a wonderful addition to the right family. Would lower adoption fee if both adopted.

Story
Huckleberry is guessed to be a 8 month old mix that is super sweet and friendly! This lover boy has a wiggle butt that he greats all humans and dogs with. He loves to cuddle and is a certified lap dog with all the kisses. He's curious about new things, loves snacks, walks loosely on the leash, and loves to spend time chilling outside. He does great in the car, with the bath, and with nail trims. Huckleberry is a chill dog generally content to laze around the home, but would love at least 20 minutes of active play time outside on a long leash or in a yard with a rope toy or frisbee (especially before leaving the house to get out his excess puppy energy). Short 5 minute walks are good throughout the day for going to the bathroom with a longer (20-30 min) one at some point. He also loves chewing on bones for hours. Bring this sweet boy home today! All POSO Dogs come with: - Spayed/Neutered - Basic Shots (age appropriate) - Fecal and tick disease testing - other medical concerns addressed before adoption - 2 Free one on one dog training sessions with a professional dog trainer - Training received in foster home - Basic things like some food, treats, leash and collar - PDFs of training material and local coupons and dog sitter recommendations

Story
Meet Agness, also known as Aggie Waggy! She is guessed to be a Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix so should grow to a large dog. She is the happiest little cream-colored girl you’ll ever meet. Her nickname says it all. That tail never stops moving, especially when she sees her people. Aggie is equal parts playful and snuggly, which means she’ll chase a toy with full enthusiasm and then curl up right beside you like she’s been yours forever. For such a young pup, she’s already impressively smart. She’s doing wonderfully with going to the bathroom outside and is getting better on the leash every single day. She loves her bully stick, enjoys exploring the world around her, and learns quickly when you show her what you want. Aggie has the kind of temperament that makes life feel lighter. She’s gentle, affectionate, and eager to connect. She would do beautifully in a home with children or cats and has the adaptability to grow into whatever adventure her future family loves most. Aggie Waggy isn’t just looking for a home. She’s ready to be someone’s heart dog. If you’re ready for a loyal, joyful companion who will fill your days with love and your camera roll with tail-wagging moments, Agness is waiting to meet you.
