Story
Spotakus (Spot) for short is a sweet, gentle, and friendly Livestock Gaurdian. He is about 2 years old and has been exposed to livestocksince birth. He's naturally shy with new people but has never shown an ounce of aggression; he's never even growled. He is the most gentle giant. True to his guardian instincts, he keeps predators away and thrives in a working environment with livestock. He has worked with sheep, a small group of cows, goats, and poultry. Spot needs a property where he can do the job he was born for and a person who will give him time, patience, and consistency. His parents are purebred, and he’s healthy, well-mannered with a ton of potential.

Story
Meet Hazel ******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you area not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. If someone other than yourself is part of the decision making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Hazel is a spayed, 8 month old female Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix, currently weighing around 60lbs. She is in a foster home in Houston, TX, and can transport out of state once an approved adopter is found. Looking for a goofy, sweet ball of floof? Then Hazel is your girl! This adorable puppy LOVES other dogs, toys and food. She is crate and potty trained and has done well around the older kids she’s met. Because she wants ALL of the toys, older kids may be a better fit in her new home. Hazel would love an active family to help her burn off her puppy energy and to help her with basic manners and training. She’ll entertain you with her antics and house parkour and will make sure dinner is always right on time! Please let us know if Hazel could be your new best friend and adventure buddy! ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** We do not know Hazel’s exact breed but we suspect she will be a large dog once fully grown. Her best fit will be with a family that understands what it means to raise a big, active pup into a well-mannered adult. We’re looking for adopters who will provide her with regular socialization, positive training, and plenty of outlets for exercise, play, and enrichment. For puppies this age, someone needs to be home more than they are away as crating them for long periods of time is not conducive for their developmental needs. If you work outside of the home longer than 4 hours, please explain who will is available to spend time with this puppy while you are away. If that information is not included, we will not consider your application. Interested in applying to adopt her? Story
Junie is a sweet, fully potty trained, and well behaved 3-year old female Colorado Mountain Dog! She loves people, of all ages (especially kids), and other canine playmates. She needs a loving and patient home with a fair amount of land so she can run, and preferably have a job. She loves the ranch life and gets along with others, but I moved from the ranching life. She needs more room than I have and I'd love to see her thrive in a family who can give her what she needs. She is quiet, unless there is something outside at night. She loves toys, bones, treats, and the occasional dropped food scraps. She is very silly and always brings humor to the day! She will only sleep in a dog bed and has done so since she was a puppy. I never knew why; I think the previous owner/breeder taught her this. She needs to run to be the best behaved dog. If she doesn't, she'll have some behavior issues. She knows vocal commands, on-leash and off. Please reach out with questions.

Story
Annie, Pyrenees/Australian, 2 yrs. Annie She is a very sweet dog, but she will need to go to a home with someone who has experience with these types of breeds. This is a guardian dog and a working breed. She can walk on a leash, and I can take her food from her while she’s eating with no problems. Her world is a bit upside down right now but despite all that, she is just a goofy ball of love that is looking for her forever home. Her owner has been dealing with a cancer diagnosis and unfortunately her treatments did not go as hoped and I have been given the go ahead to find this beautiful girl a new home. She was raised with a St. Bernard and gets along fine with a Siberian husky. She also lives with a cat, and she mostly ignores it, but I don’t think she would be a great fit for a home with just a cat and no other dogs. Looking for a home with someone home most of the time and another young dog. More information to come. Courtesy listing. Call Cindy 970-353-1385

Story
Cameron is the sweetest boy. His dad is a Great Pyrenees and is mom is a large mixed breed so he will (and is) a big boy.  He's playful but gentle, he loves his siblings, Ferris and Sloane but loves his humans too. He is good at sit and shake (he offers a paw in his own really). He sleeps all night in his crate, doing well at potty training, and is food motivated. Cameron is being fostered in Arvada and would love to meet his forever family.  ##2646065##
