Story
Leela was acquired from a rescue in Colorado. She was found as a stray by animal control and taken to the rescue. She is approximately just over a year old. She is terrific temperamentally but can be a bit high energy at times given her age and that she is likely a lab mix. We are looking for a home with a larger yard for her to play in. She loves playing with other dogs, but preferably larger dogs she can wrestle with.

Story
Daisy, great pyrenees, female, 9 yo, 95 lbSweet Daisy was surrendered by the breeder because she was not fit for breeding any more. She spent her life in a kennel with a dog run and was quite cautious at first to go cross country in our big yard. Now she enjoys the freedom to run and the smell of rain and grass. Good with dogs. She is super sweet, calm and a little shy at first. She would love to be part of a family at last. She is our favorite and brings lots of joy to everyone she meets! Daisy needs a fenced yard with least 5' tall fence as she can run very fast and far. Adoption fee $325. Story
Meet Clyde - he is about 15 months old, he is a big, beautiful guy (140 pounds), with a calm demeanor and a gentle soul. While he was bred to be a livestock guardian dog, the owner's ended up not having livestock, and brought him to live inside but Clyde had his rein over a 35-acre farm during the day. As such, he's not a true farm dog but will want land/space to roam and protect during the day. He loves snuggles and cuddles and is great with kids, cats and most other dogs.  We are working on him NOT climbing into laps, but you can see from the pics that's a work in progress!   Clyde does NOT do well with another male dog in the house - so we recommend he goes to a home as a single dog or with another female ONLY. His desire is to be a calm, quiet alpha male. He is potty trained, recently neutered and ready to find his forever home. His owners were forced to give him up as they were moving to the city unexpectedly for medical treatment. Clyde is not meant to be a city dog. To learn more about Clyde, his foster parent is available to talk about this special guy.  Put in an application at eapl.com His adoption fee is $375June 20, 2024, 1:56 pm

Story
Meet Sebastian, our beloved Great Pyrenees. He's a gentle giant who absolutely adores kids and is always ready for an adventure. Whether it's camping under the stars, hiking through the mountains, or just cuddling on the couch, Sebastian's happy place is wherever his family is. He's not just a great family dog; he's incredibly protective and always makes us feel safe. Unfortunately, we're moving to New Zealand and, with heavy hearts, we worry that the long journey and transition would be too overwhelming for him. We're seeking a loving home where Sebastian can continue to thrive and bring joy to his new family.
