This handsome younger fellow is ready to find his forever family. His stunning blue eyes will melt your heart. Kodiak is a little on the thin side and is settling into his home with other dogs currently. He is so sweet and lovable and enjoys all of the attention he's getting. Unfortunately when he went to the vet we found out he is heartworm positive and will have to undergo treatment. Est birthdate 4/2/25

Story
Samson and Delilah were both found together and found by a woman who contacted our rescue for help. After taking them to the vet last fall we learned they were each heartworm positive but now Samson has completed undergoing heartworm treatment. Samson is a sweetie and we are so happy we are able to help him and find him a new forever family. He is a wonderful loving dog, friendly and playful. Samson enjoys going on walks and enjoys getting a bath and eating regular meals which he never had. He was very thin when we first got him with his ribs showing and starving. Now he is happy and affectionate and enjoys getting a pat on the head or a belly rub. Even though his start was very rough, Samson is high spirted and since being in his foster home has learned not all people are bad. He is a gem! Samson weighs about 55 pounds and is approximately 3 years old.

Gilda is a very lovable dog that is very sweet but can be a little timid at first with some strangers. She can entertain herself with her chewing bones but she also loves to be around her foster. She will make a good companion for someone who enjoys taking their dog places and walking or possibly looking for another companion for their dog. Gilda is a young adult. She will be spayed in the near future as she first recovers from an unexpected mass removal.

Someone who will take her on easy walks, give her coat a brushing, and love her unconditionally is what she has in mind. Blue and his sister Sassy came from a situation where they lived outside in a fenced in yard, but didn't have a lot of socialization. Their human passed away and that is why FOCCAS took over care. The two of them started out very shy and wary of everyone. Since being at the rescue, they have learned to trust people. Blue is much more confident than Sassy, but would still need a patient person to continue to build his confidence. He looks forward to walks using a gentle leader, treats, and attention from volunteers. Blue is ready for adventure with a fun family!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
