I adopted Leo from my local shelter. He is almost 2 years old. I’m looking for his new forever home that can take him on long walks and hikes to keep him active and continue his training. He is a very energetic and excitable dog around people, other dogs and cats. He loves to play with plushy toys supervised and hard chew toys in his kennel. He is crate and potty trained, able to be in crate up to eight hours if necessary. He responds well to a consistent schedule and reinforcing good behavior. He knows lots of tricks such as, sit, down, shake, spin, stay, go to bed (crate) and come here. He is always ready to learn new skills and is looking for the perfect cuddle buddy!

No problems with humans. He can go around 1 city block. He walks slowly. He loves to give kisses and is a very sweet boy. NO accidents in the house! Woo hoo! Gizmo- he is not your typical Chihuahua. He also LOVES our walks. He leads the walks, even in the rain & cold. He rarely shivers or barks. He's on a mission to smell everything. He can do a good pace! He's a very independent dude.
