Story
?? Meet Baxter: The High-Energy Challenger ??Baxter is a handsome 5-year-old gray Labrador mix with an exceptionally high-energy personality and a lot of heart, but he`s looking for a committed adopter ready for a challenge. This dog is a serious jumper—he can easily clear gates and low fences—and he needs a secure environment and an owner who understands his physical needs. Baxter is also a bit rude in his manners; he`s prone to pushing, jumping on people, and generally needs lessons in polite etiquette. He requires an adopter who is dedicated to enrolling him in structured training and providing consistent boundaries. Because of his boisterous nature and need for work, Baxter is best suited for a home with teens (13+) and adults only who can handle his strength and participate actively in his journey to becoming a well-mannered companion. If you have experience, the energy, and the passion to commit to this smart, strong-willed dog, Baxter will thrive by your side!

Story
We are looking for a new, loving home for our wonderful dog, Rocky. We adopted Rocky (Male Labrador Retriever, born September 2024, approximately 50 lbs, Spayed/Neutered, Vaccinated, House trained, and Microchipped) last year, and he has been a cherished member of our family. About Rocky: Rocky is a very friendly, energetic, and well-behaved dog. He is excellent with children and plays well with other dogs and cats, showing no signs of aggression. He is also very quiet and doesn't bark excessively. Why Rocky Needs a New Home: Due to increasing work and school commitments, we are no longer able to give Rocky the time and attention he deserves. We feel it's unfair to him that he is sometimes left unoccupied, and we believe he would thrive in a new home with more opportunity for outdoor time and engagement. Rocky would make an incredibly good friend and companion for his new family.

Story
Milo is 1 year and a month old, still very much a puppy and has been an excellent pet. Unfortunately both my wife and me have to return to office and it is going to be extremely challenging to give Milo the same care and love. Looking for a new family that can provide him with much needed love and care. He will need time to get adjusted to the new family, especially if you have younger kids. Our younger one is 4 year old and took some training for the puppy to adjust his energy around my younger one. But now they are best friends and play very well in the backyard by themselves. Please do your reasearch about labs and reach out if you think you are ready for one. Feel free to reach out with any questions you have to help you make the right decision for you (and your family)!! Thanks.

NAME: DEN GENDER: MALE BREED: FORMOSAN MOUNTAIN DOG MIX COLOR: BLACK AGE: 5 YEARS OLD WEIGHT: 52lbs SPAY OR NEUTER: Yes MICROCHIP: Yes If you would like to give DEN by a forever home, please go to www.adoptadoggie.org to fill out an online application with home photos. Den is a calm and sweet boy! He is good with everyone he meets and does well with other dogs. He is doing well in his foster home and ready for his forever home. Den started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. He is crate-trained and doing well on his housetraining. He rides well in the car and can wait patiently while his foster mom runs errands. Den is a wonderful dog and will make a good family dog. Den’s Rescue Story Den was rescued from a high kill shelter. He was well loved by the volunteers at the shelter. Luckily, his rescuer was visiting the shelter and heard his story. His rescuer is the founder of an international rescue organization. When she met Den at his cell, Den went up to her and wanted to leave his cell so badly. She took him out for a walk and he didn’t want to go back in. Her home is full of rescued dogs still waiting for homes. She really didn’t have space for another dog. However, she couldn’t just leave him and suffer in the shelter. She mustered up the courage and brought him home. Den had a thorough medical checkup. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests. Please give Den a loving home where he will never be left behind again. NAME: WHOOPI GENDER: FEMALE BREED: FORMOSAN MOUNTAIN DOG MIX COLOR: BLACK AGE: 1 YEAR OLD WEIGHT: 32lbs SPAY OR NEUTER: Yes MICROCHIP: Yes If you would like to give WHOOPI by a forever home, please go to www.adoptadoggie.org to fill out an online application with home photos. Whoopi is a sweet and gentle tripod! She is good with people, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes. Whoopi has been through a rough start in life and is shy with new people at first. However, it doesn’t take her long to warm up. Whoopi has a good temperament and lots of love to give. She is doing well in her foster home and ready for her forever home. Whoopi started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining. She rides well in the car and enjoys trips to the doggie park. Whoopi and her sister, Whoopa, are looking for a loving home together. Whoopi’s Rescue Story Whoopi and Whoopa were abandoned on the streets. Some people were nice to them and brought them food. And some would kick them and chase them around. They were rescued by a volunteer of a TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) rescue group. The rescue has a temporary shelter for the dogs. TNR groups specialize in getting stray animals spayed and neutered and the animals are returned to their original location to live as homeless dogs. TNR programs help with the overpopulation of unwanted animals. The volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help with them and some other puppies that are still too young to be released back to the streets. The founder of the rescue organization has over 180 dogs waiting for homes. However, she could not bear to see them going back to the mountain and suffer on the streets. She agreed to take them home and give them a chance in life. They had a thorough medical checkup. They had been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on their blood tests.
