Poppy she's a two-year-old boxer mix. She loves to jump, cuddle, and ran around. She's not the biggest fan of people standing directly near her while she eats but she's fine with you being in the room with her. The reason why I have to surrender her is because my grandmother has a serious medical condition where she loses her balance and tends to fall. Because poppy likes to jump on people and run around it's a risk and a danger to my grandmother. I really need help rehoming her ASAP.

Beauregard (a.k.a Beau Boy) ma be a senior at nine years old, but he still has so much love and energy to give. He has been with us his entire life. His origins are unknown (most likely an unregistered breeder) but we are 99% sure that he is purebred boxer. He is on the smaller size at 55lbs, and he is intact. He has had a low grade mast cell tumor for 3 years, just one on his trunk. Beau is very cuddly and sweet and has always been eager to please. He's smart and loves to practice tricks and solve puzzles for treats. He is a blast, and is content to nap all afternoon after a round of fetch or tug. He is great with kids, dogs, and cats. He is housebroken and trained with a front lead harness. He needs a home that has the financial resources to provide him with regular veterinary care for his cancer and has the time and love to spare to give him the golden years he deserves. He would be a perfect fit for someone with experience with senior dogs.

Bruno is a wonderful dog. He was left with me by an ex-girlfriend. It was her dog and I have kept him for the last 14 months. He is approximately 2 1/2 years old and I have worked with him and trained him extensively. He’s very good with all basic commands. Does not jump on people, stays with you when you’re outside off leash and generally has an amazing personality and loves to be around people. He is a wonderful dog and does not have any aggression whatsoever. You can take toys from him and play with his food while he eats. Unfortunately, my schedule does not allow for me to be home very much at all during the day and I am gone often for work and for other activities with my older sons. I have tried for months for his original owner to take him back and she will not. Bruno needs a loving family or person that has the time to share with him. I have a major life change coming up in 2 to 4 weeks and need to find him another home. Please help.

I'd like to introduce you to Daisy May. We recently adopted Daisy from the Dekalb County Animal Shelter. She's estimated at a little over 1 years old, weighs 44lbs, and is a snuggle bug. Daisy is working on potty training and has been picking it up quickly with only one accident this past week! She knows how to sit. Does great in a crate. Barks minimally and loves running around outside. We have a young child and an older child in the home. She definitely prefers our oldest and seeks her out for bedtime. She gets along with our 3 year old pup as well and they love to play together! Transparently where Daisy does not thrive is with food. She is protective of her food, treats and scraps that drop on the floor. Because of this, her ideal situation is to be the only pup in the home and ideally one with older children. We are avid adopters and it breaks our hearts to admit it's not the right fit but we are dedicated to finding her forever home. We can't wait for you to meet ❤️
