Story

We took Bluey in a lil less than a year ago. He was really timid and underweight at first coming from an abusive situation. He's a very sweet boy & he loves to eat & has high energy. He is good with kids and other dogs. He loves to jump up on you to be petted which we've been trying to break and he loves attention. He does bark and whine alot but that's only when he's in his kennel. If he's just out around the house or lounging he's fine. He just wants to play alot and loves being rubbed. The problem is he's my daughter dog and she just gave birth. She doesn't have the patience right now with the accessive barking and whining when he's in his kennel. We her family have stepped in the last few months as her pregnancy required bedrest but it's been alot with our schedules. We just want him to go to a loving family who doesn't mind having a house dog who is out more than caged. In his kennel is where the excessive barking and whining comes from. He is house trained and outdoor trained.

Papi was born on April 8, 2020, and I have had him since he was a puppy. He was neutered on March 8, 2021. Papi is a very loving, affectionate, and sweet dog who loves people and enjoys receiving attention and affection. Unfortunately, my circumstances have changed. I welcomed my daughter in 2025 and my son in 2026, and with the financial responsibilities and demands of raising my children, I no longer have the time or resources to give Papi the attention and care he deserves. This is a very difficult decision because Papi has been a special part of my life for many years. Papi would do best as the only pet in the home because he does not get along well with other animals. I am looking for a loving, responsible home with someone who has the time, patience, and commitment to give him the happy and stable life he deserves. My biggest priority is finding the right person who will love and care for Papi.
