Story
Herschel needs a home!! After being abandoned by his family, Herschel is need of a home that is just as perfect as he is. His favorite past time is lounging on the couch all day. Though he has no objections to outside time! He's very quiet. Never barks inside the house and only barks outside when it's hardcore play time. Herschel is neutered and as a result experiences a bit of incontinence. Nothing crazy; just a few dribbles here and there throughout the day. On the plus side, he is used to the belly bands and that eliminates the problem! Hoping to find him a loving and patient home as I'm sure he's a bit confused after being with his family his whole life. His birthday is this July! He will be lucky number 7 years old. I'm running out of time to find him a home. Please feel free to ask me any questions!

Story
What's not to love about me? I'm cute, petite, a super snuggler and I heard some guy named Rick wrote a song about me!!! I'm Jessie Girl. They say I'm a boxer mix, but I'm not even 40 pounds. Fommy thinks I might have some Boston terrier in me, which might explain my high prey drive. I love my 4 legged family members in my foster home, but they should probably not be in a farm setting. Also, no cats or rabbits, please. I'm a super snuggler who loves to be under the covers - and that's any covers; I'm not picky, but I especially love to be under yours so I can be all warm and cozy. I'm house-trained and crate-trained. What I don't do well is walk on a leash. I would need lots of patience and training. I can act very crazy and unruly while on walks, and even scream a bit because I'm over-excited, so teaching me how to redirect/refocus would be my number one priority. I would rather have a home that has a nice, secure,  tall fence. That way I won't get the crazies.   I'm just a simple family girl out here looking for her forever life. If that might be you, let's meet to see!     For inquiries, email inquiry@angelsrescue.org     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.   http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms   Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.   Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
So many famous Admirals in history, but first and foremost is me - I'm a famous Admiral! Meet Admiral, a neutered 8-year-old (12/13/2013) super energetic Boxer/Mountain Cur mix. He is lean and athletic and loves running and could probably command a naval fleet if needed.  Admiral will make the perfect companion for an active family.    Admiral is house and crate-trained and comes with a special escape-proof crate.  As a famous Admiral, he does need a fenced yard to run off his excess energy.  And a dog companion who likes to play and is around Admiral's size makes it easy to help this energetic guy settle down Admiral loves other dogs, playing, wrestling, chasing, and being chased. This handsome senior guy is ready for his own home where he gets lots of attention, play, and just being active! Just look at that goofy smile. Apply to adopt Admiral at the website shown below:     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found at http://www.angelsrescue.org/pet-forms/dog-adoption-app.asp and can be submitted online. Story
ROSS ~~ Boxer Mix, Fawn and White, Neutered Male, 68 pounds, DOB: 12/27/2021 Are you a one dog person looking for that one special dog? Come to Alpharetta and meet Ross to see if he checks off all the must haves!!! Ross has been with us for so long now and wants to go to his new home. He is looking for his forever person.... basically, someone that "gets him" and can't live without him. Come meet Ross today to see if that's you! FUN FACTS: Ross is super intelligent, very playful, and very curious about his surroundings. He likes learning new things and would do best with an active couple or family with older kids. Since he could use some basic leash and obedience training (nobody's perfect, after all), he may not be the best candidate around younger kids ~~ he tends to jump up in excitement. ENERGY LEVEL: Ross is a high energy, fun-loving, playful guy who would love his own fenced backyard to run around in. Do you have some cool toys or maybe even a pool, like to go for hikes or go running? Even better! Ross is food and treat motivated and will thrive in the right hands. OTHER PETS: Ross will need to be the only pet in the home. He does not get along with others and wants all the attention for himself. He is looking for an exclusive relationship with his favorite people. ADOPTION FEE/HEALTH: $65. His adoption fee includes one month of Simparica Trio (for heartworms, fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites). He's up to date on vet services, vaccines and is microchipped. We’re offering ½ off all adoption fees for pets one year and older to welcome Summer! MEET ME AT Crabapple Knoll, 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, GA. 770.475.8272. Weekdays 630AM to 7PM. Saturday & Sunday 8AM to 4PM. Closed on all major holidays. Visit Ross at least two hours prior to closing.

Story
Jackson is a handsome 7-year-old boy and weighs 80-ish lbs. Because he is a larger love bug who doesn't know his size, he would do best in a home with teenage children. Although Jackson is deaf, he is VERY trainable and has responded well to learning hand signals with his foster mom. He has laser focus whenever his toys or treats are involved. He is very snuggly-and likes to think he's a lap dog, despite his size! Jackson is potty trained, neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Your Current Pets - We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter, and are a foster-home based organization. Other than meeting our babies at events, we do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a homecheck prior to adoption.
