This sweet gentle 13 year old senior has suffered with chronic skin allergies and ear infections for a while and was a painful itchy mess, matted with nails curled and growing into his paw pads:( He's feeling much better now after grooming, medicated baths, ear treatments and medication and will need someone committed to keeping up on his medication protocols longterm to keep his allergies under control and keep him comfortable. Pansy is one of 13 dogs recently rescued from unsanitary living conditions in Passaic when their owner was being evicted. The dogs were all scared, matted, and not socialized outside the home but are all warming up nicely and sweet little ones once they feel safe. They LOVE other dogs and rely on them for security, so will need to be adopted into homes that have another friendly dog in the household OR can be adopted in compatible pairs. They will all need some patience walking on leash and working on housebreaking, typical of dogs from puppy mill and hoarding situations but this crew is very people-focused and soaking up all the attention they are getting. They are currently in the process of being vetted, groomed, and spayed/neutered and will be ready for homes very soon... please submit an application to meet them by appointment once they are ready. DOB 4-30-2025 DeChen is looking for his new home and Mom! He's a beautiful Shih Tzu with a good personality, loves to play and gets along with others. DeChen is complete on all medical, up to date on shots, neutered, heartworm negative and has received a ProHeart6 preventative injection. This boy will come with all his registration and medical papers. His adoption fee is 900.00, his transport fee is 165.00. Our transport is HEARTS LLC, they are the best and deliver to East Coast every other week. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. Meet Marshmallow! He’s a scared little baby who can be nervous and barky at first with new people, but a cuddly sweetheart once he feels safe and gets his bearings. He was surrendered to a local shelter just before Christmas without much details. He loves other dogs and seems more confident with a doggie companion to follow and learn from. We think he’s a Shih Tzu/poodle mix, about 1-2 years old, and a sweet cuddly guy once he bonds to his people. Marshmallow has been neutered, updated on shots, and is ready to start the new year in a loving stable permanent home!
