She has now been fully vetted and is ready for a home that will work with her and be patient with her as she continues to learn good habits. She may be initially shy but then will be exuberantly friendly. She definitely has the energy to play and interact with her dog buddies. She would be better with someone her size or larger. She was with a couple that had a child. Not sure how much interaction they had with her other than to put food and water in her bowls. She is definitely deserving of a wonderful home! Bash is an absolutely wonderful dog. He is housebroken and crate trained. His previous family were working long hours and were no longer able to do him justice, where he would have to be crated for long hours at a time. He has been well loved and knows a number of commands. He is very sociable and friendly. He tends to especially love women but we have had others that we thought would only do well with women that immediately attached themselves to the man of the house as well as the rest of the family. He has been neutered and fully vetted it is ready for his forever home! He is healthy, handsome, energetic, outgoing, and we love that he squats to pee. Anyone that loves the Australian Shepherd breed will definitely fall in love with him. At first glance, you’ll notice her gentle, observant nature. She’s the kind of puppy who studies you carefully, tilts her head just slightly, and takes a moment to decide if you’re “her person.” But once she does? Game over. You belong to her forever.  Marielle isn’t the life-of-the-party puppy crashing through the room — she’s the one who forms deep, meaningful bonds. She thrives in a home where love is steady and predictable. A loud, chaotic household with lots of tiny, fast-moving humans may feel overwhelming to her sensitive soul. But a family with a couple of older, kind-hearted kids who understand patience? That would be her sweet spot. In her foster home, Marielle enjoys the company of other dogs and clearly gains confidence from them. A friendly canine sibling could be the perfect role model and built-in best friend. She hasn’t met cats yet, but her calm, thoughtful personality suggests she would likely adapt just fine with slow introductions and guidance.   Tink’s story didn’t begin the way any young dog’s should — but we believe her best chapter is still waiting to be written very soon now that she is in the care of Critter Cavalry Rescue.  At just two years old, this striking blue-eyed Australian Shepherd girl has already experienced motherhood and heartbreak. She gave birth to a litter of puppies on Thanksgiving Day, nurturing them with devotion. But by Valentine’s weekend, her own world changed. When her owner suffered a stroke and was hospitalized in ICU, Tink was left confined inside a camper for four long days, alone and unsure. It would be understandable if that experience made her fearful or withdrawn. Instead, Tink emerged gentle, loving, and incredibly devoted to people. Currently weighing 38 pounds (and needing about five more to reach her ideal weight), Tink is a petite Aussie with a soft and gentle temperament and a playful streak. She absolutely adores children and has a naturally sweet, careful way about her. She loves playing fetch, going on walks, and burning off her energy in a securely fenced yard — which is a must for this active, intelligent breed.   Tink is mostly housebroken and simply needs the consistency of a routine. She does well in a crate and walks nicely on leash. We are currently evaluating her with other submissive dogs, as a recent attempt to pair her with a strong alpha female was not a good fit — which is understandable after all she’s been through. She may truly shine as the center of someone’s world. Tink has proven she is resilient. She has proven she is loving. Now she just needs someone who will prove to her that she will never be left behind again. Born into a litter of eleven puppies on December 4th and raised safely in a devoted foster home, she has known gentle hands, warm beds, and daily affection. She lives like an independent little girl that loves to be picked up and hugged for short times and then it's time to get down and go run to play. Sprite is the kind of puppy who melts when you pick her up and presses her soft little body into you as if he’s memorizing the feeling. Every day she is discovering that hugs are wonderful, that laps are safe places, and that people are meant to be adored. And adore them she does. Her deep, expressive eyes are impossible to ignore — full of curiosity, intelligence, and sweetness. Her white longish fur sprinkled with large black spots that create some fun visuals like a little sweet heart on the top of her head. Her black-and-white soft longish coat makes her look like she’s dressed for a special occasion every single day. As she grows, that coat will become a slightly longer, soft, flowing version that gives her a classic, almost storybook-Aussie look. At maturity, she’ll be about 35–40 pounds — a perfect medium-sized Aussie mix ready for hikes, road trips, backyard games, and evening snuggles. Sprite is playful and enthusiastic when it’s time for fun. She romps with siblings, plays hard, and truly gives it her all. Then, just as quickly, she’s ready to curl up and recharge with a cuddle session. It’s the best of both worlds — joyful energy and tender affection wrapped into one beautiful package.   What’s especially endearing about Sprite is her independence and curiosity. New experiences don’t stop her. Stairs once seemed confusing and intimidating, but with patience and encouragement, she conquered them — and now she proudly heads down them every day.
