Story
Marty is a lovable Miniature Australian Shepherd with a big heart and even bigger energy! At just the right size for cuddles but with the spirit of a true herding dog, Marty is looking for a forever home that can give him the space and attention he thrives on. He is 18 months old and weighs about 27 lbs. What Marty Needs & Loves: Room to run and explore: He’s happiest when he has plenty of space to stretch his legs and zoom around. Lots of affection: Marty adores giving and receiving attention—belly rubs are his favorites. Playtime: He’s naturally playful and while he doesn't realize his strength or boundaries at times, he loves to play! Staying active: We have limited space and no yard, so Marty needs a spot to stay active. Marty is a loyal, and joyful pup who will bring love to the right family. If you’re seeking a furry friend who’s as affectionate as he is playful, Marty might just be your perfect match.

Story
In Ewing: Casper is a 2 year old super sweet big ball of fluff. He’s almost 60 pounds. He’s fully vetted and has been neutered. He is great with other dogs and plays with my other foster for hours. He is sweet with my 3 yr old granddaughter and plays well with the standard female. He is NOT good with cats or other small creatures like raccoons and opossums. He has had a rough start in life. His original owner is in hospice. The hospice coordinator took him to her parents but dad is in a wheelchair and he got loose and hit by a car. They paid for his leg to be fixed but knew they weren’t the right placement. Casper can run like the wind as you would expect a 2 yr old Aussie to do and needs a family to keep up with his energy. A fenced in yard is preferred. If you think Casper is perfect for your family, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additioal $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to his new furever family.

Story
**Located in Korea** Rescue Story: Prince Hans is a remarkable dog with an even more remarkable story. Rescued from deplorable conditions at a gas station, he endured a life of neglect, tied up and surviving on coffee and food scraps. His life took a turn for the better when a compassionate resident, who had cared for him and another dog named Sleeping Beauty, stepped in to save them from an uncertain and bleak future. Physical Description: Prince Hans is a medium-sized mixed-breed dog with striking features. His coat is a handsome blend of caramel and white, with soulful brown eyes that speak volumes of his resilience and longing for a loving home. Personality: Energy Level: Prince Hans is a calm and gentle soul, scoring a 4 on the energy scale. He enjoys a leisurely pace and appreciates a peaceful environment. Barking: You'll hardly hear a peep from Prince Hans. He's a quiet and composed companion who prefers to listen and observe. Leash Manners: After three months of dedicated training, Prince Hans has transformed from a strong leash-puller into a well-behaved walker. He now strolls calmly by your side, making walks a pleasure for both of you. Appetite: Prince Hans has a hearty appetite and eagerly devours his meals. He's not a picky eater and enjoys a well-balanced diet. Bathing: While he may not particularly enjoy bath time, Prince Hans patiently stands still. He's a cooperative dog who understands that some things are part of the grooming routine. Treats and Walks: Prince Hans lights up when it's treat time or time for a leisurely walk. These are some of his favorite activities, and you'll see his excitement shine through during these moments. Otherwise, he's content to lounge quietly and relax. Training: Prince Hans already knows commands like "Sit" and "Stay," which is a testament to his intelligence and eagerness to please. He's a quick learner and is ready to embark on further training adventures with his new family. Ideal Home: Prince Hans would thrive in a calm and loving home where he can continue to heal from his past experiences. He's a perfect fit for individuals or families seeking a loyal and low-energy companion who appreciates the simple pleasures in life. He would do well in a home with a secure yard for leisurely strolls and playtime. Adoption Notes: Prince Hans has come a long way from the gas station where he was found. He's a survivor with a heart of gold, and all he's looking for now is a forever home filled with love, patience, and understanding. If you're ready to open your heart to this resilient and gentle soul, Prince Hans will reward you with unwavering loyalty and a lifetime of companionship. Adopt Prince Hans and give him the loving family he so deserves. ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States. ##1839561##

**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to NJ for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Meet Copper! Copper is a very sweet, playful guy! He is around 4 years old, and at his last vet visit weighed in at 60 pounds. We think Copper probably has some Australian Shepherd, along with several other breeds including possibly Belgian Shepherd, Greyhound or Carolina dog. Copper is a beautiful and happy boy. He’s lucky to be alive! Copper came to us from the shelter at a time when he was minutes from losing his life because he had an upper respiratory infection. We are so glad he is with us now, and he is in a training program getting ready for his forever home! Copper does well in a crate, he also does well on a leash. Copper would love to be a hiking or running buddy! His foster mom said he is doing well at learning house training. Copper loves to play with his doggy friends especially tug-of-war with the big rope toys and will do wonderful at a daycare or dog park with other active and playful dogs!
