I’m very saddened that my beloved border collie mix, Showtime needs to be rehomed at this time. I adopted him from the Long Beach Animal Care shelter August 2, 2024. Showtime is about 3 years old. While at the shelter, he was a “volunteer favorite”. He is good with most dogs but not cats. He is friendly with adults but behavior with children is unknown. He loves toys, especially chew toys. Showtime needs a lot of stimulation like frequent walks which I’m unable to do because he pulls and my experience with large breeds is limited. He needs someone that is patient and has the resources to train him to walk better. Showtime is very alert, he probably would make a very good search and rescue dog. I want Showtime to find his match so that he can thrive and live his best life!

This sweet girl is a fetch fanatic who lives for playtime and loves nothing more than chasing balls with her favorite humans. She’s both treat and toy motivated and ready to learn new tricks. Montana gets along fine with other dogs, but she’s truly a people-focused pup who wants to be your number-one play partner. On a recent Doggie Day Out adventure, she proved to be a calm car passenger and a wonderful trail companion. She enjoys sniffy walks and likes to lead the way without pulling on the leash. Though Montana can be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly with patience (and a few tasty treats). Once she feels comfortable, she enjoys gentle petting and cuddle time with her friends. If you can toss a tennis ball, you’re already in her inner circle! Montana was placed on final because shelter life has become overwhelming for her. Repeated encounters with unfamiliar people reaching into her kennel have left her feeling uneasy, and she may growl or show her teeth to ask for space. But outside the kennel, Montana’s true personality shines—sweet, playful, and full of love. Montana will thrive in a calm, patient home that gives her time to decompress and build trus ##2599337##

Cutest little thing we think he’s a border collie terrier so sweet and loving but we just can’t keep him everything is included… his kennel, play pen, toy treats, bed, collar and leash and food I have been making his food… he’s so smart he knows how to sit loves walks and cuddles wish I had the time for him. Recently got excepted to a masters program and started new work ventures which all started so quickly. I would just like to be reimbursed for the items purchase please but price is negotiable to a good and loving family.

Lana is full of love, she's very affectionate, playful, loves outdoors specially beaches and green hikes. She's hypoallergenic so she doesn't shed like normal dogs. She's very soft. She's super super intelligent and requires daily activity. not just a quick walk so if you cannot be active with her play with her like fetch or take her to the hikes or beach daily then this would be hard. Unless you have a backyard and kids and puppies to play with her during the day. border collies are very intelligent and playful dogs and poodles come as second.
