Story
**Meet Benjamin! 🤍** Benjamin is a **2.5-year-old** **Border Collie / Great Pyrenees mix** and a big, handsome boy weighing around **75 pounds**. Despite his size, Benjamin is a true gentle giant with a calm, loving nature that makes him a wonderful companion. Benjamin is a **sweet and affectionate dog** who enjoys a quieter pace of life. He walks beautifully on a leash and prefers **slow, meandering strolls** where he can take in the world around him. He’s a fairly mellow guy who doesn’t bark much and settles easily into a relaxed routine. He is **house trained** and does well around a variety of animals. Benjamin gets along with cats and has been fine with all the farm animals he’s met on his walks. He tolerates other dogs, though he can be a bit nervous when meeting new canine friends and would do best with calm introductions and patient guidance. Benjamin is friendly with everyone he’s met so far, though he has not yet been tested with children. Benjamin is **neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped**, and ready to find his forever home. He would thrive in a peaceful household looking for a loyal, gentle companion who enjoys calm walks, quiet company, and lots of love. If you’re searching for a **sweet, easygoing, gentle soul**, Benjamin may be the perfect addition to your family 🐾💙

Story
Lila is a Border Collie and cattle dog mix, age is 1 year 10 months. Lila is a good tempered and sweet dog. She requires more activity and attention than her previous family could provide or was prepared for, especially now with a toddler. Lila learns quickly and learned to walk decent on a leash within a short time of my husband and I having her. We already have 4 dogs and cannot keep her. Looking for a home that can provide her the activity and mental stimulation she needs. My husband is teaching her to catch a frisbee, which seems to help with her need for mental stimulation and need to herd.

Story
Charley is a sweet dog. We got him at 8 months from a rescue that told us he was a blue and red mix cattle dog. He is a taller than other cattle dogs so there is something more in there. He has been my teen daughter’s dog and has been her confident and they are so close, BUT we are convinced he was abused before coming to us and by someone that somehow resembles my husband who he is terrified of. It has been a bit more than a year and a half and poor Charley lives in terror when my husband is here. No matter how hard my husband tries (he loves dogs and cattle dogs in particular) - there has been no improvement. We are saddened by this, but have to choose and my husband will be staying. :) Please let me know if there are any questions!

Story
Meet this sweet 4-year-old girl! ❤️ She is a loving, playful dog who has been through a difficult past and was mistreated by previous owners. Because of this, she can take time to trust new people, especially men. Once she feels safe, she is very affectionate and loyal. She is good with cats and dogs and truly thrives around other large dogs. Her ideal home MUST have at least one friendly, large dog as a companion. She is still learning her manners. She pulls on walks and gets extremely excited when she sees other dogs, so she needs someone willing to work on leash training with patience and positive reinforcement. She may also need additional house training while adjusting to a new routine. She is generally comfortable with women. With unfamiliar men, she may bark or growl when she feels scared or unsure, although she is much more comfortable around men in public. She needs slow introductions, patience, and someone who will respect her boundaries.

Story
We welcomed Rowdy into our family as a puppy, and he was born on September 1. He is an Australian Cattle dog/Husky/American Bully mix. He is a young, affectionate, and energetic dog who loves being around people and enjoys other dogs. He is vaccinated, not neutered, and is still learning, so he’ll do best with someone who has the time and patience to continue his training and give him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He is playful, loyal, curious, smart, and loves attention. Because he’s still young, he can be mischievous and has separation anxiety, so he’s looking for a home where he won’t be left alone for long periods or where someone is willing to work with him on building confidence. I’m hoping to find him a loving, committed family that understands young, active dogs and can give him the time, structure, and care he deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and my only goal is to find him the best possible home where he can thrive.
