This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! Email adoptions@ctcatconnection.org with a question or better yet, complete an application for quickest consideration. (Application: https://www.ctcatconnection.org/adoption-application/). Select cats can be fostered instead! Apply on our website.A cat's behavior in the shelter may not be what it will be like in your home; if the cat is nervous, anxious, or agitated, please know that a shelter is a very stressful place for a cat. Most often, in a home, they thrive!Kitten Policy: Kittens must be able to socialize with other young cats or dogs as playmates, as it is important for their development. Therefore, CT Cat Connection has a policy that kittens and teenagers up to 12 months of age are adopted in pairs unless there is another animal in the household as a playmate and companion.Due to demand, we do not place cats or kittens on hold. Your visit to the shelter is to meet all cats or kittens available for adoption at the time of visit. If you or anyone you know is interested in helping the shelter, we are always looking for foster families of our cats and dogs, as well as in-person volunteers, to assist with animal care. Fill out an application, which can be found at https://www.ctcatconnection.org/get-involved/

This darling 7 month old guy relies on his siblings for comfort and will need to be adopted with one of them to thrive in his new home. He is shy but sweet. He has been loving the attention and pets he gets from his foster, and learning from his siblings how to accept affection. He purrs very loudly!!This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! Story
This is the bio   Meet Hershey and Heath — an adorable pair of bonded twin brothers who are as sweet as their names!   These two are total lovebugs at heart. They jump right into your lap, purring nonstop and soaking up affection. Hershey (the darker twin without any white) does have a playful, mischievous streak — he loves to pounce and gently bite hands during cuddles, and can be a bit hard to redirect. Because of this, the boys would do best in a home without young children (under 10).   They’ve done wonderfully with laid-back adult cats, quickly bonding and even sharing mealtime from the same plate as their foster’s 4-year-olds. They’re social, adaptable, and confident around other friendly felines.   Hershey and Heath are energetic kittens who spend their days playing chase, wrestling, and sprinting after ribbons and laser lights. When they finally slow down, you’ll find them curled up in each other’s arms — they are truly inseparable.   Both boys have excellent litter box habits and, thanks to good scratching options (posts and a tough rug), have shown almost no interest in scratching furniture.   If you’re looking for a pair of affectionate, active, deeply bonded kittens who will fill your home with love and laughter, Hershey and Heath are the perfect match. ##2598816##
