At 9yrs old he found himself wandering the streets of Bridgeport. His microchip told the story of being a California kitty who bounced around quite a bit due to moves & owner illnesses & a death. The strikingly handsome senior is already adjusting to the shelter quite well & showing interest in the other nice kitties in his room. Stephen King is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & had bloodwork within normal limits upon intake - could this sweet senior be the new furry family member for you?

Because this super affectionate little lady was found to be positive for feline leukemia during the intake process at PAWS she should go to an experienced adopter without other cats in the home (unless also leukemia positive) & a meet and greet with Georgette comes with a free consultation with our medical staff on the ins and outs of FeLV. We have paired Georgette with another leukemia positive kitty Cloudy & they have become quite bonded so they must go home together. Georgette is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed & ready for her furever home!

One day I received a call from a self identified "dog person" who, although she'd pet Mama de Mayo in the months prior when she'd seen her was at a loss for what to do in her current predicament. Mama de Mayo had snuck into her finished basement & given birth to 5 kittens behind her couch. I asked our local TNR associate to go there to assess the situation & she was able to trap the now nervous new mom. The little family went to foster & now most of her kittens have been adopted. Mama de Mayo is still pretty nervous in shelter but did well in foster so she'll likely need some time to decompress once in her new home. Mama de Mayo has been microchipped, vaccinated & spayed.

They came from a hoarding situation in New Haven & they get along with each other so are likely to be good with other cat friendly felines. Cannoli is a handsome tabby boy with white markings, Marzipan a tuxedo girl & Tiramisu a tabby & white girl. Mama Biscotti is white with tabby markings. Everyone is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed or neutered & ready for their furever homes!

According to his previous person he can be shy but likes crunchy treats. Squishmallow was also indoor/outdoor before coming to live with them and has broken a screen to get outside so his next family will have to be extra vigilant to keep this adventurer safely inside. This big handsome guy has lived peacefully with both another cat and a respectful dog but he wasn't bonded to either of them. Squishmallow just had bloodwork within normal limits, is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & ready for his furever home!
