Story
Meet Bee Bee Dee! This sweet older lady is a one-person dog. Bee Bee is at least eight years old, probably older. And she weighs in at 12 pounds. Bee Bee is probably a corgi and chihuahua mix. She absolutely adores her person, is perfectly housetrained, and is good with cats! She doesn’t like other dogs, although in her foster home she is currently with several other dogs. Her foster said she is a great dog. She is housetrained and does well on her three legs. She also walks on a leash, but unless she got some front wheels, long walks wouldn’t be for her. Bee Bee came to us after she was hit by a car and her pelvis broken. Her pelvis has healed nicely and she gets around well,m. Her favorite place is at the top of the sofa, so she can be near her person. We are hoping for the perfect home, for her golden years.
Interested in becoming a forever home for Bee Bee? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application.
Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws .
We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Bee Bee.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Bee Bee the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.
Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
