Story
Meet Charlotte! Charlotte is a sweet 10-year-old Pitbull mix who is ready to find her forever home. She came to us underweight, but now at 38 lbs she’s thriving, confident, and so deserving of a safe and loving place to enjoy her golden years. This gentle girl has the kindest temperament, walks beautifully on a harness, and even gets along with our clinic cat! Charlotte is spayed, up to date on her rabies vaccine, and is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. She’s in great spirits and doing well, and we’re happy to discuss any ongoing medical needs with interested adopters. Charlotte would do best in a calm, low-maintenance home where she can soak up love and companionship. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving senior to share your days with, Charlotte just might be your perfect match. If you’re interested in adoption, please visit straylovefoundation.org and complete an adoption application. Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A heartworm test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $100. For special breeds, uniquely colored, or exceptionally adorable rescues, we may request a higher donation to help cover vet expenses. Can't adopt? Consider donating, sponsoring, or volunteering! Every form of support makes a difference. Story
Meet Tina! Tina is a stunning 1-year-old mix breed that we best guess is a Vizsla/ Grey Hound mix with a sleek, slender build and a graceful presence. Weighing about 45 pounds, she’s fully vetted and ready to find a loving forever home. Tina may be a little unsure at first, but once she warms up, she is incredibly sweet and loyal. She’s also quite the talker — always ready to share her thoughts with soft little whines or playful barks. Her hound-like elegance and expressive personality make her truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who just needs a little patience to shine, Tina might be your perfect match. Give her the chance she deserves — and she’ll fill your life with love and heart-melting loyalty. Adopt Tina today and let her elegant charm win you over! ?   If you’re interested in adoption, please visit straylovefoundation.org and complete an adoption application. Story
A big-hearted couple rescued a sweet stray dog that was VERY pregnant.  She had nine puppies! Bubba and Tiger are two that are now looking for their forever homes.  Mama will be spayed, cared for, and loved. They look to be Black Mouth Cur mixes and are as sweet and adorable as they look. If you are interested in adopting, please go to straylovefoundation.org and fill out an adoption application. Each of our rescues will be COMPLETELY vetted and/or updated, which includes a heartworm test, worming, spay/neutered, vaccines, and micro-chipping. We do all in our power to ensure our rescues are as healthy as possible and live a long, happy life. There is always a chance that an animal we have rescued will have a genetic health issue (since they are rescues there is know way that we can know their family history) or one of our tests falls in that low percentage of false negative category or a they contract a rare disease that we have no way of knowing about or they contract under your care. We cannot guarantee 100% that your pet will live the 15 years we hope for but with all that we do for them, the chances are incredibly strong that they will. Transportation fees, when applicable, vary by distance/expense. Home checks may be conducted. We are asking for adoption donation of $198. On most dogs, a tax-deductible adoption donation of $198 is required upon approved adoption application. (This is a fraction of our vet expenses and you are always welcome to donate more.) HOWEVER, when we rescue a special breed, ridiculously adorable, or unusual color, we ask for a higher donation which helps towards our vet expenses. If you can't adopt, donate or sponsor, if you can't donate, volunteer! Tax deductible donations can be made via PayPal using our email address: info@straylovefoundation.org.
