Story
Scottie is a very sweet little girl that needs a fenced yard she is a runner. She needs a home without infant or small kids she gets a little nippy. Scottie loves to snuggle and talk to you. She is just over 1 year old and weighs about 30lbs. Our daughter in law brought her home from the vet with half of her rear foot missing but dosent slow her down a bit. We call it her happy foot as she kicks the other dogs with it. Stable fenced adult home only.

Story
Shes a great dog. Very funny, loves to swim, fetch, and will fiercely love her people. She is very protective of her territory. She will allow friends and such into the house, but it takes her time to warm up to them. She has never bitten anyone, never had any issues. She's been the only dog in the house for 11 years so I have no idea how she'll be with other dogs in a neutral environment, but she is fiercely protective of our yard right now so I've never tried to socialize her with other dogs.I currently live in a very rural area and she has a half acre backyard. Im about to be moving back into suburbia and I doubt she'll do well there because she barks. She is very smart and as such has also become an escape artist. I solved this issue with a low-voltage hot wire.My current lifestyle is just not conducive to having a dog anymore. Im away from my house about 40% of the time and its just not fair to her. Shes 11 years old, but very young in spirit and shows no signs of slowing down.

Story
Goose is a two year old pitbull. We rescued him at a young age and hoped to fit him in with our family. We have one dog, a lab, who is older then Goose. The bad first. Goose seems to get along with him mostly, however we have had some concerns which is the reason we are trying to find him a better home. Goose has food aggression, no matter how much we separate them, causing our other dog to not eat unless we are standing over him. Goose also does not like his brother wearing a collar, and has destroyed every one we put on him, causing a major safety issue. Goose can also climb pretty well, but does not leave the area. The good. He is a loving dog with people. We have three children and he has never shown me any reason to worry of their safety. He is house trained, crate trained, understands basic commands and handles a leash well. He can get anxious around new people, but gets over it quickly. He also treats cats well. Goose needs a home with no other dogs and he will be great.

Story
Our sweet 5-year-old German Shepherd is looking for a home that better fits his needs. He has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old, so this is not an easy decision for us. About a year ago we moved to a property where he became obsessed with chasing lizards and bees. After talking to dog trainers we’ve realized he would thrive better in a different environment. He is incredibly loving, loyal, and has a huge heart. He absolutely loves cuddling and would do best with older children or a teenager who wants a best friend to hang out with on the floor. We have 3 very small children, and while he has NEVER shown aggression, he is a big dog and sometimes accidentally knocks them over. He has had thousands of dollars of professional training and is very well behaved overall. We are happy to provide all medical records to the right home.
