These boys are as sweet as they are soft, but they are looking for experienced families who are ready to help them grow into the best doggy citizens they can be. The Lowdown on these Boys: They do not need to be adopted together, but they would do well with another playmate at home. They are currently a bit like joyful puppies who need to learn some manners. Comet is 30lbs, up to date on shots, and is neutered. He will need patience, positive reinforcement, and a dedicated routine to learn basics like leash walking, not jumping when excited, and navigating the big, wide world confidently. Perry is a sweet and shy 2 year old Basenji mix. She needs someone who is experienced and has a very secure yard as she is an escape artist - like she can undo zippers on some kennels. She would love to have a playmate, right now she loves to run, chase and be chased with her foster brothers. She would actually make an incredible agility dog, if someone put time into training her. He loves his small human friends (aka children) and with the right family he would be grow to be the best doggy citizens he can be. He is potty trained, uses a doggy door with no issues. He's a gentle, devoted dog who also does well with other dogs. He is 35lb, up to date on shots, neutered and is pretty healthy. Right now his cheek is recovering from a scratch he got from wrestling with his brothers, but other than that he has no health issues He would make a great family dog and will need patience, positive reinforcement, and a dedicated routine to learn basics like leash walking, not jumping when excited, and navigating the big, wide world confidently.
