Willow is a puppy that my father took in for a previous owner who was unable to care for her. My father passed away unexpectedly at the end of November and we have been caring for Willow since then. She is a sweet dog who loves to cuddle and wants to have all of your attention. She is a young dog who is house trained and knows all the basic commands and is able to listen well.

Story
Jolene is a whippet mix and still young, approximately 1.5-2 years. Last November, a friend of ours found Jolene abandoned, and brought her to us, because we love dogs! (Jolene is number 5 for us). We agreed to take her and at least foster her, with the hope that she could stay permanently. Unfortunately though, we are finding that Jolene will really be best in a single pet home, with active parents. Jolene is a very sweet, very loving girl but she is HIGH energy. She is very playful, but often plays too hard or for too long with the other dogs, stresses them out and on the rare occasion becomes aggressive with them when the playing goes too far. She is also too intense with our cats. She only wants to play with them, but they aren’t into it and are also stressed by her. Jolene will do best, and really belongs in a single pet home, and ideally someone who can exercise her regularly. Up to date on shots, is micro-chipped and is spayed. Fee is only to prevent nefarious adopters

Story
Hello, my name is Zoey. I'm a 9.5 year old American Bulldog mix. My owner rescued me from Broward County Humane Society when I was a year old. I was frail and abused but he saw past that. He loves me and trained me to the best of his ability. Since I'm a little older, I sleep a lot during the day but I still love to play. I love my walks and love to cuddle, especially at night. Recently, my owner and his girlfriend had a baby girl. My owner's girlfriend also has a dog. It's a big dog and big dogs and I don't necessarily get along. That mixed in with an infant who should be crawling soon isn't the best thing. I know my owner loves me and I see that this situation bothers him a great deal but he has a baby girl to take care of and protect. I'm hoping my new home has lovable parents, a yard, and someone to throw me some table food every once in a while. While this is difficult for my current owner and myself, hopefully it will be a happy beginning with a new owner. Hopefully that's you.

Story
We adopted Ash and Blu 6 years ago. They are very sweet and gentle with people. Haven’t been exposed to children. They have a lot of energy and love cuddles and being close to family members. They do not like other animals and will attack them. Ash was attacked as a puppy and it has caused anxiety around other animals. Outside of that they are good listeners and such a loving dogs. Will need an experience adopter with out other animals. They are liter mates and our hope is they could stay together if possible.

Story
Meet Lucy!  She is a 4 month old Lab/pointer/pit mix.  She was part of a litter of 9 newborns and their mom who were dumped at a gas station.  Lucy is a spunky girl who needs a little training but listens and responds to correction very well.  She is a sweet puppy but no young kids please she is too much puppy.  She is good with dogs but do not know about cats and she would really love a home with another active dog to play with.  She is spayed, vaccinated, and chipped.   Adoption fee and contract required.
