Story
Meet Max! This handsome boy may be big but he is a huge lover. Max was pulled from the local shelter just hours before he was put to sleep. The shelter thought he had a foreign body, but turns out he had pneumonia. Though his story starts off sad we are hoping the rest of his years makes up for it. He has been being spoiled in foster care and is now ready for his new home! Max is about three years old and gets along with other dogs but with proper intros. No cats for Max, he's too playful. Max does have some resource guarding that he is working through but has been doing good. He needs someone who has experience in his breed and is willing to continue working with him. He deserves the best life in a forever home. Max loves adventures and water!Max has had basic training and has done wonderful. If interested email handjkittenrescue@gmail.com ##2094841##

Story
Hello, meet Douglas! He is a goofy, fun-loving guy, who loves cuddles and attention. He knows how to play fetch really well and runs very fast! He's going to be 6 years old next April! Douglas was gift to my husband when we first moved in together. Douglas loves being in the car and going to dog parks. He's always the life of the party at family gatherings. He can swim too! He tolerates bathtime and teeth brushing. He just doesn't like his nails being done (especially his front paws). He is crate-trained, rarely barks (only to protect you), and does best with a harness since he tugs a little on walks. We've made countless memories with him, but my husband and I are separating. Our jobs require heavy travel and long hours, and sadly, neither of our families can take Douglas in. Our lease ends soon, hence the shorter timeline. We're happy to offer all of Douglas' belongings at no extra cost as well.

Story
Jovi is a happy, sweet and silly girl. She’s roughly two years old, house trained, she plays independently and loves hugs & cuddles. Jovi is curious and gentle and, while she is generally very quiet, her rare bark sounds big and makes her a great dog to discourage any unwelcome strangers. :) Jovi loves playing fetch off leash (once appropriate) and racing around the backyard. She has proven herself to be very teachable and eager to please. She is definitely praise and food motivated. While she is always up for a snuggle, Jovi is also quite happy to hang out on her own to play with and chew on her favorite chew toy.

Story
Sadly I need to rehome my mix. He is too reactive with folks in and out. He is protective of the home but amazingly trained in every other way. I need to find the perfect home for him not back at a shelter. I would help with food for him for a couple of months. I have a crate, bed and cot, toys, leashes etc. I love him so care about his future. He is about 4, neutered, vaccinated up to date, super healthy, microchipped. Beau is his name. He knows sit stay down come heel, go get it, bring it, drop it, weights in sit for his food, all done, leave it. He goes on 2 to 3 walks a day. Has a fenced yard, has been in a lot of public access space. I’d say great dog for more mature active that can give him attention, keep a routine, and don’t have kids or people in and out of the home a lot. Obviously would take him a bit to readjust.

Story
Beau is from the Seminole County Animal Shelter. He is approx 4 years old. Hi has extensive training. He walks nicely on a leash with heel, sit, stay, come, down. He plays by retrieving, dropping, leaving and bringing a ball. Beau is the most amazing trained dog. He does have guard in him though and will guard a home and it's people. He has been around teenagers. He has been in several public access spaces. He has been on a boat, to a rodeo, camping and many other places. He would be best suited for someone who does not have a lot of guests in their home. He is slow to trust but is uber loyal to his owners. He thrives on a good routine...eats 2 x a day and does 3 walks a day with a few other ball throwing times.
