Story
I found sweet Dee on the side of road 4 yrs ago. Shes at my grandpas, he's not able to care for her. I am desperate for help. She needs a home where she can have a life, people with her, walks, and activity. I take her to the park, but she needs way more. She loves to snuggle, play, run, explore. Shes cautious/nervous around dogs but she can play with them, she gets overstimulated and it comes off as if she’s angry but she’s just trying to figure out how to play with them. A meet&greet is of course required. I don’t think she understands what cats are, she tries to chase them. I think she would love human kids. We got her spayed 2 years ago. Sweet girl is terrified of storms/firework, we give her calm medicine. I looked for owners everywhere, I think they abandoned her. I will always love/help her with anything, so feel free to reach out to me if you ever needed help with her. Dee needs unconditional/endless love, a furever loving home/family, as she and all animals deserve that.

Story
Senior dogs make such great house guests. They are typically more relaxed and already know household rules. If this is the type of dog that might fit in your household, then we believe Hope is for you. Hope is confident on her own but thoroughly enjoys affection from people she trusts and would prefer to be a lap dog. She's an 10-year-old senior black mouth cur who weighs around 53 pounds. Hope enjoys other dogs that have an independent personality, another senior would be ideal. If you think Hope would make a great addition to your family and you own your home in either Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Lake, or Osceola county FL, then please read over our adoption process and fill out an adoption screening form here: https://mettarescuefamily.org/adoptable-dogs   ##1193524##

Story
Kahlo is the type of dog that could totally change your life. She has the ability to put a smile on any face and her bubbly personality will melt your heart in seconds. She is a huge fan of belly rubs and her most favorite pastime is giving endless kisses. Kahlo is 5-years-old and weighs about 40lbs. She came to the rescue after suffering from a severe spinal cord injury that left her back end paralyzed. She now rocks a diaper and a cute little wheelchair to help her get around. Some people might be taken back by her disability, but not Kahlo. She strives to lead the most normal life possible, never letting anything get her down. With the right family, Kahlo will continue to beat the odds and change the world around her. Kahlo is looking for a foster or forever family. Could you be that extra special family she is looking for? If so, please read over our adoption process and fill out an adoption screening form: https://mettarescuefamily.org/adoptable-dogs  ##725018##

Story
Ever want a dog you can flip into 'sport mode'? It's me! Pick me! I would love to do some doggie sports with you! In fact I thrive on them. I started out slow with fetch and learning how to walk nicely on the leash, but I'm ready to move on to bigger things. Maybe I'd enjoy dock diving or fast CAT. I have a high drive and want to please the humans I love, but I'm perfectly fine being crated. I would do best as an only dog or as a member of a crate and rotate pack. My adopter should have a fenced in yard that I can run in and have experience with sports dogs. I'm excellent when I get my energy out, but I can be destructive without exercise. About me: my name is Poe, I am about 2 years old now. I'm a neutered male with a factory tail. To apply to adopt go to lostangelsanimalrescue.org
